You Created the Monster…
Putin is a product of many, Russia has been labeled as the Evil Empire to many, when in fact they’re wrong…
If you continually accuse someone of doing something regardless if it’s true or not they’ll eventually become that person…
Putin has just become the monster you’ve called him for years…
In fact he said you called me a pariah so I might as well strike America…
In school all you’ll hear about is how England, France and of course America conquered Hitler, but this isn’t true…
Russia was the reason Hitlers band of cronies couldn’t succeed…
They also lost more people than any other country something like 20-30 million Russians…
We couldn’t imagine living under a communist rule where freedom of expression is not allowed…
But who are we to judge, it’s easy to pick and pry at something you know nothing about, other than what media tells us…
We recently wrote where Putin was a blood thirsty maniacal tyrant, but now we’ve chimed in with the name callers…
If we had to guess why Putin is doing what he’s doing we would say he is disappointed with Ukrainians…
Russia by land mass is huge, but their population or they’re Russian population is dwindling…
There’s no loyalty to the Russian way of life anymore, whether that be communist ruling or something else is merely speculative, but something is off…
What’s sad to us, aside from the countless loss of life, is the pathetic military and military equipment Russia has…
It’s laughable on how unprepared, unprofessional their military is, and is truly a sign of weakness to us…
What we don’t understand is why isn’t President Zelensky attacking Russia, they’re completely left wide open…
We’ve said it before, defense doesn’t win the game, defense just gives the offense more opportunities to succeed, but if offense isn’t advancing then your fate is inevitable…
So President Zelensky a piece of advice, strike or be struck…
However, there’s a better way to end this war and we feel the World owes it to the people of Russia…
The World needs to say in one voice, Thank You Russia for Conquering Hitler and Stalin and ending their horrific campaign…
Russia needs to be given the credit they deserve for WWII and apologize to them for not recognizing it sooner…
Thank you Russia and we’re sorry for taking so long to give you the accolades you deserve…
Unfortunately Putin you’ll still need to answer for the countless innocent lives you’ve murdered and the Russian soldiers you’ve put in harms way, in this life…or the next…and that’s a fact!!

The Nawlins Po Boy…
A few years back we had a Po Boy from a local restaurant that come to find out was not a conventional Po Boy…
Years ago we had a Po Boy that was good and was our first Po Boy ever, and this was what they call a Traditional sandwich…
It was our first and was our last up until this modernized version we were blessed to have had…
This restaurant was all about New Orleans, or as they liked to call themselves, Nawlins (not the name of the restaurant)…
They had an incredible menu and everything they made was to perfection, ohhhh to per-fec-tion…
Unfortunately, we saw a flaw in their business design and knew they were going to go out of business…
Sure enough we had an insatiable appetite for their Shrimp Po Boy and went there only to find out they were out of business…
Not a surprise to us, obviously, a disappointment for sure and has left us salivating for a Po Boy ever since…
Time had passed, memories have faded and days have blended into another as they do, until one day…
A friend of ours told us about a hole in the wall Grocery/Deli that made Po Boys and we were alive once again..,
For two days all we thought about was this sandwich and even had to leave work early in order to make it there on time, but tragedy had struck again…
They had to close down the Deli, not because they couldn’t sell em, it was because they couldn’t find good help…
They had one girl that did more work than 4 guys could and when she had to leave the states is when he closed up shop and got rid of the 4 guys…
He’s not out of business, he’s just running the grocery store now, with 3 people he can trust and couldn’t be happier..
We’re happy for him, and he’s selling all the ingredients that he used in his Po Boy with recipes, that’s cool…
However, that doesn’t do us any good at the moment because he’s in restructuring mode and doesn’t have all the ingredients yet…
So a little bird told us about another restaurant in town that did Po Boys and the clouds lifted and the sun appeared once again…
This is when we realized why the first Po Boy didn’t really stand out to us as the best sandwich we’ve ever had…
It was good don’t get us wrong, just nothing really spectacular, fried crab, lettuce and tomato and mayonnaise yay…
What made the Nawlins place stand out to us is that they sautéed everything and the flavor was seared into it, you didn’t need to add a thing to it, it was perfect…
Look, we appreciate tradition to the craft, however, sometimes you need to expand your horizons a bit…
It’s simple really, you can only eat so much of the same before getting tired of it…
Sure, it’s nice to have familiarity and to go back to relive that experience you once shared with that meal, but sometimes the memory is better than the meal…
Example, we went back to a place we used to go to as a kid to have the rellenos that we loved then…
The ownership was the same and the siblings were now running the show and the menu was the same, but it just wasn’t as good as we remembered…
The same could be said about the Po Boy, but of course our first experience wasn’t memorable enough to want us wanting more, but the new version of this sandwich could be…
That is, if it doesn’t take us a lifetime to find it again…
Don’t be afraid of change, we’ve told you how to evolve and how to remain pertinent so embrace it, but never forget…

As described earlier, wearing facemasks causing hypoxic and hypercapnic state that constantly challenges the normal homeostasis, and activates “fight or flight” stress response, an important survival mechanism in the human body. The acute stress response includes activation of nervous, endocrine, cardiovascular, and the immune systems. These include activation of the limbic part of the brain, release stress hormones (adrenalin, neuro-adrenalin and cortisol), changes in blood flow distribution (vasodilation of peripheral blood vessels and vasoconstriction of visceral blood vessels) and activation of the immune system response (secretion of macrophages and natural killer cells). Encountering people who wear facemasks activates innate stress-fear emotion, which is fundamental to all humans in danger or life threatening situations, such as death or unknown, unpredictable outcome. While acute stress response (seconds to minutes) is an adaptive reaction to challenges and part of the survival mechanism, chronic and prolonged state of stress-fear is maladaptive and has detrimental effects on physical and mental health. The repeatedly or continuously activated stress-fear response causes the body to operate on survival mode, having sustained increase in blood pressure, pro-inflammatory state and immunosuppression…
And the conclusion:
The existing scientific evidences challenge the safety and efficacy of wearing facemask as preventive intervention for COVID-19. The data suggest that both medical and non-medical facemasks are ineffective to block human-to-human transmission of viral and infectious disease such as SARS-CoV-2 and COVID-19, supporting against the usage of facemasks…
Wearing facemasks has been demonstrated to have substantial adverse physiological and psychological effects. These include hypoxia, hypercapnia, shortness of breath, increased acidity and toxicity, activation of fear and stress response, rise in stress hormones, immunosuppression, fatigue, headaches, decline in cognitive performance, predisposition for viral and infectious illnesses, chronic stress, anxiety and depression. Long-term consequences of wearing facemasks can cause health deterioration, developing and progression of chronic diseases and premature death…
Anyone who thinks that “science” is settled after a year of implementation of a mechanism that ostensibly reduces disease spread does not understand the meaning of the word. Science is a process, by which new information and evidence are incorporated as they are discovered. Anthony Fauci and Andrew Cuomo are exploiting the term “science” to convey to the public that certain beliefs cannot be questioned”
