Our iPhone Experience...

As you know we come from a Microsoft environment, and have been a Microsoft Brat since the Inception of Windows...

If it wasn't for Microsoft's inability to manage both a desktop and a portable, we would've been using a Microsoft phone code name (Surface)...

We are going on record to say that we never had a problem with our Nokia Windows phone technically...

We did crack the screen, but it still worked, and it was only because it was no longer supported is why we had to come up with an alternative solution...

It was at that time a friend of ours presented us with an opportunity to try out the iPhone with no money down, which is the only way we would have done it :-D

Looking back now we would have had to go with the only 2 viable solutions available, Apple or Google, and we would have never went with a Replicant, so we would have certainly chose Apple...

...and we did then and we did again today...let us explain...

Recently our iPhone crapped out, we were stable with the 11.1.1 update for 3 days, then on the 4th, the phone shut off...

We were able to get iTunes to recognize it, saying it was in recovery mode and had to be reset before we could use it and we got the Apple to appear, but stopped with a 4014 error...

We took it to Apple and they wanted to open it up to see if it was the logic board, but it wasn't worth doing because the phone we had was a 5s and knew that any money spent on this phone would only be good money after bad...

We knew that we had to upgrade and we were going to as soon as iOS 12 came out, which we believe will end the support for the 5s, which would have given us the time needed for X to be on shelves everywhere...

Unfortunately we weren't given that opportunity and found ourselves between a rock and a hard spot...

If we knew our phone was going to just up and die on us for no apparent reason other than a bad iOS 11 updating process we endured, we would have pre-ordered and would have been using the X right now, but we didn't think our phone would just die w/out warning...

We weren't the only 5s owner that their phone died on, come to find out, a lot of people we have been talking to have said their phones, 5s in particular, have also died and coincidentally after they recently updated to 11.1.1...

We know that Apple has fallen behind Android, but you wouldn't think Apple would be putting out an iOS phone killuh, do you...

Anyway, back to our story...

We told you that why buy an 8 when you had the opportunity of being on the threshold of an Anniversary edition, not only that, but the long awaited removal of the Home Button...

We wanted to be a part of that experience considering we've been preaching it for years that Apple needed to get rid of that archaic technology, considering it is a TOUCHSCREEN...

However for us, there were two things that stood in our way of being a part of that Pioneering revolution, one was time and the other was choice...

None of the locations we went to, Mac Store and any other store for that matter would have the X on their shelves, but rumor was Apple had them, but you would have to wait in line (time)...

The second option we had was choice, but that would have went against our principles,
and that wasn't going to happen...

See, we could have bought a 50 dollar Android Phone and just ordered a phone online and waited while using an Android, but there is no way in HELL we would ever buy an Android phone, even if you gave it to us...

sidenote: To be honest with you when we saw Firefox on the screen a little puke burp came up in our throat and that did it for us...

Karma was all around us on this one and we had to be careful what choice we made and that was when we walked into our final destination...

We went to our carriers retail outlet and when we walked in we saw the representative we saw over 3 years ago still working there, and we promised that person that when we were ready to buy a new phone, we would but it from them, and we did...

Now they didn't remember us, but we remembered them and our promise to that Rep and told them about that promise...

They didn't have the color we wanted, but time was not on our side, so we went with the color they had and after some research we realized the 8 Plus was spec for spec comparative to the X...

The only difference is of course the burger button that the 8 has, no facial recognition and a bit better screen, but it wasn't enough to even notice...

In all respect we have the X because truth be known, we would have never used the Facial Recognition, and we don't use the thumb print either ;-)...

If you have time to wait, we would suggest going with the Anniversary edition phone when it hits retail outlets in December/January...

Although, the 8 Plus is 200 dollars less then the X, which gives you some extra money for accessories, like Bluetooth ear pieces and or a case to go over your phone...

If you get the right case the color of the phone won't matter, because you can't see it...

We truly liked our Microsoft phone over our 5s, because it never just shut off on us for no reason, and it never died, and just for fun we pulled it out of the box and turned it on and it still works...

The iPhone has been a lot more fun to use then the Microsoft phone, but that's because Microsoft is a very structured company that takes business very seriously, whereas Apple is not...

We blame you Microsoft for putting us through this hell, but like we've told you before, we're a tech and you gotta love the process and we do, because now we have learned a new product and if it wasn't for Microsoft we might not have...

The same could be said about Android, but we have already been there and done that with Android it was called Microsoft 1.0...

We don't need to go down memory lane of the trials and tribulations that are taking place with Android the GUI...

Maybe when they finally grow up in about 5-10 years, we might look at them, but until then, we'll just keep holding out for Microsoft's Surface phone while using iOS...and that's a fact!

The iPhone 300 dollar Rebate...

Just an FYI: Make sure you read the small print on this rebate...

If you haven't paid off your old phone, you're going to have to as well as paying off your new phone...

The 300 dollars is a Gift Card for AT&T that cannot be used to pay off any existing debt on old devices...

You could trade someone else up from their old phone to your old phone, but would be an upgrade for them...

They would take over the payments and they could transfer their # to the your old phone as well...

Transfer all your data over to your new phone then wipe the transfer phone so all your personal data is removed...

The 11.1.1 update is stable, you won't have to reinstall your phone if you upgrade to 11.1.1 so it's a win win, you get a new phone and they will get a better phone...

The iPhone X is a heavy phone and it's big, so get ready for that...

For those of you that waited for the X, kudos to you...

Here's an Idea...

The Suit Jacket needs to be redesigned...

We noticed a problem with the Suit Jacket when we saw Stephen Colbert suits...

Here is a guy that has enough money to buy any suit he wants, of course he wasn't able to because they wanted to relate to the millennial so they tried putting him in a fitted suit which looks like SHIT!!!

He of course felt the same about it and started customizing the suit a bit to get away from the skinny look...

Since we're on the subject, the skinny suit leaves the legs so short it's what most people call out, what, you waiting for a flood...

They ride so high they almost look like Capris, absolutely horrible, but that's not why we're here...

The Suit Jacket's button is in the wrong place and the lapels need to be extended to hide the end of the tie...

If you look at the jacket at the buckle it fans out and shows the end of the tie, the tucked in shirt and looks like crap...

Plus with the button as high as it is it looks like they are getting choked out and wearing a little jacket, it just doesn't look right at all and we can't believe that look has lasted this long...

No one ever uses the second button and if they do it looks even weirder, so no one buttons that button, but that's where the lapels need to come down to...

That's why the double breast suit looks so much better than the standard business suit jacket, because it's a finished look, the business suit looks...wrong...

Think about it, because it's just an idea...

The 11.1 udpate from Apple...

Well we have updated our phone to the latest iOS which is 11.1 and we have updated our iTunes to 12.7.1.14, we updated iTunes first, did a backup then updated our iOS....

We have already noticed a significant battery loss on our device which concerns us about the upgrading process for iOS...

It looks as though we may have to reset our phone and install as new then restore from iTunes, but we're holding out just in case...

The update is 2.46gb and takes about 10 minutes to download and install...

There has been an issue with the update with the letter I which we didn't encounter, but know about a fix Apple is recommending...

If you type I you might get a Capital A instead, kind of weird, but the workaround is this:

Go to Settings/General/Keyboard/Text Replacement, once there put a Capital I on the left and a smaller case i on the right, supposedly this fixes this issue...

A little recap for you...

In our last post we mentioned that we lost our music from iTunes and on our Phone, we have since solved the mystery to why this happened...

When we reinstalled our computer we backed up our phone first, then we reinstalled and once we were done we backed up our phone again on the new OS, however, we relocated our music...

We moved our music to a second drive and when we did this, iTunes lost the path to the music and didn't backup our music on the phone, which is strange to us...

Music is Data, Apple, believe it or not, but music is considered Data, and as such, we thought was being backed up...

Apparently not, if you lose your music on your computer, you'll lose your music on your device as well, that's not good Apple...

sidenote: What is the definition of Irony, a Music Program that has the ability to backup that doesn't backup the music, now that's ironic :-D

Thankfully we are the King of Backups so we were covered in the case of a shotty backup program...

We relied on one backup once, but once burned, twice shy, but in our book, thrice shy...

Backup, Backup then Backup up again...

We'll let you know what we find out about this latest battery issue we're experiencing...

**UPDATE**

A new problem has been discovered with the 11.1 update and Emoji's...

We noticed that Apple has added some new Emoji's to our list and none of them work, they just come up as a ? that's a question mark...

You gotta love Apple's sense of humor, we do :-D...

Not all phones are experiencing this Emoji issue...

Battery issue is happening on multiple phones...

**UPDATE**

Okay, iTunes and this 11.xx update is a Glitchy little B-AHHCH, so we have figured out the best way to reset your phone...

BACKUP YOUR PHONE FIRST, connect it to iTunes, click the Phone icon in iTunes, go to summary, then on the right in the Backups Box choose backup now...

Once you have backed up your phone, UNPLUG IT FROM YOUR COMPUTER/DEVICE...

Reset your phone from the phone, DO NOT, connect it to your computer or device and use iTunes, just reset it on its own...

Choose Erase All Content and Settings and follow the prompts...

When the phone reboots you'll choose your language, and blah blah, but importantly, make sure you choose "Setup New Phone" connect to your internet, set your password blah blah...

Wait until all the Apps load on your phone first before you go to the next step...

Okay, everything is loaded, looking good, now NOW, plug in your phone to your device/computer and start up iTunes if it doesn't pop up automatically...

Once iTunes recognizes your phone you'll be presented with two questions, one is Setup as New and the other is restore from Backup, choose Restore From Backup...

What is the difference between “restore backup” and “restore iPhone” in iTunes?
Answer:
Restore Backup: restores the contents of an iPhone backup performed sometime in the past. It restores content and stored data such as app settings, home-screen layouts, etc. Saved account login information is restored if the backup was encrypted.
Restore iPhone: wipes the iPhone of all data & apps and reinstalls iOS, leaving the iPhone reset to factory settings. The iPhone is left with just the latest iOS and the Apple default apps.

The phone will reboot and will give you a progress indicator of its status as it restores your data and won't take too long...

You're done, that simple, however, our music didn't come back again...

The path to our music was remembered in iTunes, but for some reason iTunes will not backup your music...

We really don't remember having this problem when we saved our music on the local drive and a few iTunes versions ago, but now it just won't restore the music...

It'll be in your iTunes profile so just drag it into your device, you're done...

For some reason, we had a problem with using iTunes to reset the phone, it really screwed up, we had vertical lines on our phone, we thought it was ruined, we did it three times and it finally finished, but it was ugly and we were not confident with the load so we reinstalled it with the process above and it was perfect, with the exception of the music, everything went well. Our Battery is working well and all of our emojis are working properly...

There is something wrong with just updating to the new OS and the only way things would work properly, is doing what we did above...and that's a fact!

sidenote: Make sure you go to the App Store to see if you have any updates for your apps...

Our Call To Apple...

Was a much different experience than that of the call we made to Microsoft...

In order to talk to Microsoft you need to be a Gold Reseller of their products, in order to talk to Apple, you just need to be a customer that buys their products...

We were quite pleased with our experience we had with Apple and their attempt to resolve our battery issue...

Without any adieu, we'll just let you know that our Battery is working properly again, but what we did to fix it is still a mystery...

First they wanted us to note where the battery was currently and note the time, then they wanted us to put our phone into Airplane mode from "Settings" then put the iPhone into sleep by the Sleep button, DO NOT let it go into sleep...

Must be left in sleep mode for 4 hours, then they wanted us to take screen shots from setting/battery top to bottom for the last 24 hours then the last 7 days with the Clock Icon Toggled...

sidenote: we really don't know what they meant by toggling the clock icon, we just assumed they wanted it enabled...

Come to find out, it didn't matter, because they never asked us for the screenshots, so all that was for nothing...

They did ask us for the Battery Usage and the Standby in setting/battery...

They mentioned to us that Apple has changed the way Google Maps searches by using Satellites and your settings need to be changed to "While Using"...

In fact they wanted to make sure that all apps were changed to either While Using or Never, but when we went to change our settings only Google Maps was set to Always, the rest were While Using or Never...

So right there, just by changing this setting could be the reason our battery was being used much more after the 11.0.3 update, however, we didn't stop there...

Then we were told that we we're going to reset the phone back to a new phone which meant we were going to do a backup...

Well we thought twice about it, and told them that we already have a backup and we really didn't want to overwrite it, but we did anyway, just to be non-objective...

iTunes by default only saves one backup, in order to have multiple backups you need to copy the backups to ~library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup/...

We only had one backup, so we overwrote our backup and are regretting we did, but will explain later why we regret that...

We of course connected our iPhone to our computer and after we did our backup we reset our phone and set it up as a New Phone from the iTunes menu...

You will be given two options from iTunes, restore from backup or Setup as a new Phone, we chose setup as new phone...

This way you don't have any apps loaded on the phone, only what the iPhone comes with, so you won't have your contacts, email, text messages etc etc...

We were now allowed to charge the phone, which was fine with us because we had no one to contact or reply to because our phone was empty, so it sat and charged...

We came back to the phone in about two hours and our battery was charged, so we unplugged and stared at the phone for a few minutes just staring at the battery symbol...

We decided right then and there that the battery wasn't going to go down, because we weren't using it :-D ...

The screenshots we made before the reset...

Messages is the highest usage of battery hands down, 44% is what we noticed in the 7 day view, Chrome was 2nd at 11%, and we don't even use Chrome, Safari was 9% our primary browser and Google Maps was 4%...

On the 24 hour view Chrome was at 33%, Messages 25% and Google Maps was 13%...

Currently it makes more sense, Messages 71%, settings 18% Safari 3% no Chrome, no Google Maps...

We went all day on Monday with nothing installed on our phone and the battery didn't dwindle down, but we didn't use it, so hard to tell...

So that night we did a restore from Backup which put all of our information and apps back on the phone with one exception, we lost all of our music...

When we looked in iTunes all of our playlists were gone and all of our music was gone off of our phone as well, but we didn't have time to troubleshoot...

We used the phone all day, made sure settings were set to never or while using, but we didn't have to change anything, they were already set to that...

We went all day, texted people, called people and the battery was hardly touched all day...

Now don't worry we have all of our music still on our computer, but it's all gone from iTunes and iPhone, which means we have to add it all again, fun fun...

sidenote: We just want to note the Advisor backed up our phone, not us, when WE backed up our phone all of our data came back, which means...we're still the Backup King :-) ...

We have no idea why we lost our music and are contacting Apple as we write this to thank them and let them know that our battery is stable, but we lost our music in the process...

We don't want to troubleshoot why we lost our music with Apple, but we think that it's pertinent to the incident that they know this happened...

sidenote: We still have iMessages disabled...

So there it is, that's what we did, and are truly unsure what exactly fixed the battery usage issue, but you can take it to the bank, that it's fixed...and that's a fact!

Oh PS: 11.1 will be coming out soon, basically 11.0.01/02/03 rolled up in 1 11.1 ;-)

It's Time...

It's time to update your iPhone to 11.0.3 if you haven't already...

It's changed a bit, but I think you'll like the new look...

All the phones have had one issue or another or another and another, but it's time...

iPhone 7 has seen a lot of issues, but it's mainly been all the older phones that have had the most of the problems, and like I said, the 5s would feel it the most and it has...

Although, it's not the case anymore, and you can feel confident to upgrade all your devices and you'll be happy you did, because your devices will be a little faster...

We do recommend though, that you tether your device to your computer and NOT use the WiFi connection...

We've heard that the bulk of the problems with the 5s version was due to the WiFi update, so connect your device to your computer...

sidenote: Make sure you check the App Store for installed apps that you have installed that are compatible with 11.0.3...

Remember computers?

Well it's the reason why you still need a computer, for situations like this...

Remember, Backup, Backup then Backup Again, make sure you backup your device first before updating...

Computers are still relevant and so is Apple...and that's a fact!

**UPDATE**

We've noticed a little bit more battery usage than before, but not enough to be concerned with updating...

More than likely they will be coming out with 11.0.4 soon to wrap up the battery usage issue, but just thinking out loud ;-)...

You'll like the new look and the increased speed...

**UPDATE**

Noticed today that the battery usage was higher than usual, our guess is they are collecting data in the background, but again, just thinking out loud based off of experience...

anyway, try turning off your Bluetooth and your WiFi under settings if you're not using it during the day...

Here are some other tips that Apple has put out for you to maximize your battery life:
Maximize Battery Usage

FYI: Apple is saying that people are just using more of their battery somehow, even though they haven't changed their routine...

Really Apple? Okay, just a tip for you Apple, in order to diagnose the solution to a problem you need to figure out what has changed recently...OH YEAH 11.0 CAME OUT :-D DUHHH...

There's your problem Apple, don't blame the end user, that's so tech...

Gordon Kelly from Forbes has a laundry list of end users complaining about all the issues they've had with the 11.xxx update(s)...

The problem that we are seeing that some of these errors are getting pushed into all the updates and now the 11.3 update as well...

The only problem with the 11.3 update is the higher battery usage, other than that the OS is functioning properly, better than it ever has before...

It's fast, and we love the new look, but are a little bummed out about the battery drainage, but we're still confident that this was the update to do...

We're confident that they'll be getting this fixed real soon, right Apple...

**UPDATE**

Well if you haven't figured it out yet, the problem is in the texting...

The biggest drainage of the battery is in the texting, and it's recommended to turn off iMessage and use only SMS...

...go to settings, messages and disable iMessage...

SMS is Green iMessage is Blue which is only writing or touch to make symbols, sketch tap or heartbeat, so nothing special really...

We noticed a significant improvement with our battery preservation...

Uninstall ALL Piriform Products...

If you have been using CCleaner and Defraggler from Piriform you'll want to uninstall them...

"Article"

Avast now owns Piriform and you might not know it but they've allowed their systems to get infected, and they're good at that...

Avast is not a good program and now the proof is in their own pudding...

What's worse, is that it went undetected, that's right, UNDETECTED for a MONTH before they noticed it...

We coined an old saying, "if you give the keys and codes to the robbers, you'll come home to an empty house"

The problem here is that you've allowed the malware to get into your system by a "Trusted" program so, you've given them the access...

At this point it's recommended to reinstall your computer/devices from scratch and change all your passwords, we've already done it...

Don't worry about malware getting into pictures or documents, but you'll want to download all new .exe...

Don't use any .exe installs that were on your system, download a fresh version...

Load only new drivers either from the MFG websites, or from you reinstall disk, then upgrade to the latest...

Your system is compromised, you can count on it, and if you continue to use your system in this state you'll be setting yourself up for failure...

You don't know what information they are gathering, what keystrokes they are recording and if you're logging into bank accounts, oooh, it's just a matter of time, not if, when rule will apply...

Not that reinstalling your computer was a big deal before, but it's even easier now, plus with mobile devices you'll be able to stay online while you reload your system, so really no down time...

We were a little nervous with the reinstall this time only because Microsoft was bottlenecking all Windows 7 downloads which made it unbearable to reload a system, but that's not the case anymore...

Microsoft downloads for Windows 7 are acting the way they should be, considering that the software is STILL SUPPORTED hint hint MS...

Sure, they aren't adding new features to the program, but they are still responsible for security updates, patches and connectivity fixes...

So again, remove ALL Piriform products from your system, due to their negligence and the fact that a Malware Software Company (Avast) let it through and let it go undetected is another reason to remove these programs like they never existed...

We'll be on the lookout for a replacement program, but for now, just use Disk Cleanup from Microsoft, it's already on your system...

iTunes 12.7 and iOS 11.1...

Apple has removed your purchased apps from iTunes 12.7 on your computer, so don't freak out if you don't see them there, but they will show up on your iOS device...

iTunes will have your music, movies TV shows, podcasts and audiobooks, but iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch are available in the new App Store for iOS, read below:

Changes to iTunes

We have a feeling that Apple changed this as a marketing strategy to drive people to the App Store to help promote for downloads and sales...

iTunes will still back up your data and your Apps so don't worry you'll have a full restore in the case of emergency, and we have already confirmed that the apps are backed up and restored...

As predicted Apple immediately came out with a new iOS 11.1 to help address the issues that incurred with 11.0, but there are still problems...

11.1 are locking up devices, most just need a forced restart, but others have had to be fully restored, so, DO YOUR BACKUP BEFORE YOU UPDATE!!!

Having issues with the touch screens with the iPhone 6 series, but 5s seems to be functioning the best out of all the phones...

Still having battery issues, so more than likely 11.2 might be released sooner than later...

They'll need to have these issues fixed before the X comes out, because that's where there money is, and they won't want that to fail...

Have patience with your Apple Support Representatives because it's not their fault these problems exist and more than likely the IT department doesn't have solutions yet, so be polite...

If you have a backup you can restore back to where you were before the update, so don't sweat it, then just wait until the air clears and let the more seasoned users be the guinea pigs for Apple and you...

We recommend saving your money and don't waste it on the 8, it offers nothing compared to the X and when you have an anniversary edition device just around the corner, wait and be an elitist ;-)))

Forbes 5 reasons to wait for X

iOS 11 and iPhone 8...

Apple has released it's biggest update in history for iOS and it's called iOS 11 and of course in the mix of all that, they've also released some new Phones the 8 and X (10)...

First of all the iOS update to 11 being the biggest update to date should scare the HELL out of you and like any update we tell you, DON'T DO IT...

Especially an update that boasts how BIG it is should be a RED FLAG for you to stop drop roll and cover...

You don't want to update to iOS 11, there are too many problems with the update, and very personal problems...

Eating up your battery, frozen devices and lost VM'z, that's right, if you have sentimental VM'z you're at risk of losing them...

Apple had a workaround for recovering your VM'z, but come to find out, it's not working and people are what they call, S.O.L. (Shit out of Luck)...

sidenote: For the Millennials, we know that's two OO'z but you don't count conjunctions

The Good news is that you did a backup and you can recover your VM'z from your backup, you did do a backup didn't you...

Backup saves your ass, and your composure, because the first thing people do when a problem happens is they lose their mind and start blaming everyone and everything for a decision they made ALL ON THEIR OWN...

That's right, you decided to update and you decided not to do a backup, so look in the mirror because you're the problem, not the CSR on the other end of the phone and not Apple...

You can rest assured that Apple already updated to iOS 11 on their test phones before they introduced the update to the public, but they always test on best case scenarios, with the cleanest and fastest of networks and internet...

So it works, but not all phones are worthy of an update and not all users are worthy of updating their phone...

We have not updated yet and we are not going to update until the bugs are worked out or until they come out with 11.1 :-D and even then we'll proceed with caution...

What else what else, oh yeah, the iPhone 8's bezels are falling off and Apple isn't giving an explanation as to why...

Our guess they cut corners in production to keep costs down and ended up with bezels that fall off, but that's just a guess based on history...

The nice thing is Apple will replace your bezeless phone with a new phone, so Apple really stepped up there, so kudoz to you Apple...

As for us, we've got our eye on that iPhone X, simply because Apple finally removed that lint/popcorn crumb/burger catching home button, FINALLY APPLE!!!

Should have been done LONG AGO, because it looks so slick, but our name doesn't end in Jones, so we won't be pre-ordering and we won't be the first one to buy the phone when it hits the shelf, because we know how Apple operates and it's best to wait...and that's a fact!

**UPDATE**

Latest Problems with iOS 11 update is causing problems with Windows 10 and iTunes 12.7...

Error 3503 people updating to iOS 11 get stuck in recovery mode then they can't restore...

We're curious if this error is happening with the Surface Products, if we had to guess we'd say...NO...

We guessed that Apple used best case scenarios to practice on their iOS update and probably didn't use an M3N72-D ASUS board that was updated from 7 to Windows 10...

If we had to guess, we'd say it's old hardware getting in the way of new software, what have you found out...

The Most Overused Word of 2017...

DECADE

The Media is the worst with this word, it's like they've never heard of it before, and it was picked as their word of the day, and it just stuck...

They use it anyway they can...

It's been going on for at least a decade...

It's been going on for at least a half a decade...

It's been at least 2 decades...

It's been going on for almost a decade...

It's been multiple decades...

...and it just continues from there...

FYI: Decade means 10 years...

Well we've just created a new Drinking Game for you...

Every time you hear someone say decade, you have to drink, should take you about 10 minutes to be S*@#t faced...

Saying Decade doesn't make you sound any smarter, it's equivalent to people saying, DAT-A...

They've been collecting the DAT-A for at least a Decade...:-D:-D:-D

On iPhone, what's the difference between Sync and Backup...

That's where our question began...

Backup's the name, recovery's the game, and if you want to see if your backup is worth a S*#!, try restoring your device, computer, Server to challenge it...

Don't be afraid, if you trust your software then you should be able to restore a system anytime you want, and in record time...

The computer or server is going to take the longest to restore, but at tops, 30 minutes to be back online exactly like you were before you started...

There is always additional time for tinkering to make sure the software and printers are lined up, but 30 minutes in the worst case scenario...

Devices, like iPhones and Tablets should be much quicker, 15 minutes tops to restore...

Our iPhone from factory reset to restore was 10 minutes, and that was with a reboot...
How To Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings:
https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201252

There was something strange that happened, for some reason the device couldn't be recognized once it was reset, we had to restart our PC in order for iTunes to recognize the device...

We think it has something to do with putting a password into the phone from the welcome screen, it might have hidden the trust window, or it was the auto-lock, not sure...

We have heard of people having issues with leaving their Malware Programs running while restoring, but we didn't have any issues...

We did disable the Webroot program to see if that was blocking iTunes, but it wasn't, so we just restarted and it connected...

One odd thing, the rule of thumb to backup is that you DO NOT LOSE DATA, and we did...

We sent out a text just before we backed up our device, and once it restored, we noticed that the text was not there...

Not sure why that was, but for customers we used to write a text note on the desktop of a Windows machine for customers to show them that they don't lose data with recovery or system restore, and every time that file was right on the desktop...

So Apple, you need to work on that...

The Apps took the longest to install, that part took a little longer than the restore of 10 minutes, but they just do their own thing in the background, add about 10 extra minutes for that...

Outlook wanted you to retype your email address and password, a couple of notification settings questions, but everything was there...

We have to say that we were impressed with the restore feature of Apple's backup for the iPhone and can safely say if you have kept your programs up to date, you shouldn't have a problem...

We made sure that iTunes was up to date before we did our backup, made sure the phone was up to date before we did our backup, and even the iOS came back to 10.3.3, just like before...

We have heard that other people didn't have the latest iOS when they restored, all we can say is that it might have been that you didn't have the latest iOS to begin with...

Oh yeah, what's the difference between Sync and Backup, here's an article that sums that question right up...
https://appletoolbox.com/2013/06/ios-difference-between-sync-and-backup/

If you're going to trust your device, you've gotta trust your backup...and that's a fact!

**UPDATE**

FYI This was all done on a Window 7 machine, come to find out that's the best OS to do your backup with for iPhone...

The Word is with Windows 10 is where the problem begins, but not so much with Windows 10 so much...

Apparently, if you buy a system with Windows 10 and iTunes already loaded on it, you won't have any problems, but if you load iTunes after the fact, that's where the problem begins...

It's not just one or two computers, it's a widespread panic of events...

Now as good as people think they are out there with backup we know they aren't, even Millennials think they are smarter than their elders, but they still try to text and drive :-D...

VOICE ON HANDS OFF M's...

We however have a challenge on the table that this old ass ASUS board will last until 2020, with Window 7, and it won't be easy...

Our Chipset has been failing for the last two years, and it's getting worse, but we're persistent...

As far as we know this is only a Windows 10 issue, not an Apple problem...

We're working on getting a Windows 10 machine to challenge this so called problem with Backup...tbc...

We always like to leave em' singin'...

Widespread Panic Slippin' into Darkness (10/19/2014 Memphis, TN)...
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zUJKR65FxMk

**UPDATE**

There are two possible reasons why the Restore is not working with a machine that iTunes was loaded after the fact...

First of all, think about "after the fact" you have to load iTunes after loading Windows, regardless if it's Windows 10 machine off the shelf or...an upgraded system...

We'll put money on it that Backup/Restore is failing due to two reasons...

One, the upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10 is causing the problem with iTunes, we suggest, uninstalling iTunes, upgrade to Windows 10 then reload iTunes...

Second, the upgrade to Windows 10 from 7 was done with their malware program still installed...

Malware programs are meant to protect Windows files from being altered, so if you're upgrading to Windows 10, your altering the Windows files and the Malware program could be affecting it...

For a sure fire way to get it to work, uninstall your Malware Program and iTunes, upgrade to Windows 10 then reinstall iTunes then your malware program...

However, the third way leaves a question open, so if you want to have fun and if you have time, do it both ways, I bet it'll fix the issue...

Rules for Radicals...
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rules_for_Radicals

"Saul Alinsky was a brilliant man. Evil, but brilliant. Unfortunately, whether we like it or not, everyone on the Left from the President on down is playing by his rules in the political arena"

…First rule of power tactics: Power is not only what you have but what the enemy thinks you have.

…The second rule is: Never go outside the experience of your people.

…The third rule is: Wherever possible go outside the experience of the enemy. Here you want to cause confusion, fear, and retreat.

…The fourth rule is: Make the enemy live up to their own book of rules.

…The fourth rule carries within it the fifth rule: Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon.

…The sixth rule is: A good tactic is one that your people enjoy.

…The seventh rule is: A tactic that drags on too long becomes a drag

…The eighth rule: Keep the pressure on.

…The ninth rule: The threat is usually more terrifying than the thing itself.

…The tenth rule: The major premise for tactics is the development of operations that will maintain a constant pressure upon the opposition.

…The eleventh rule is: If you push a negative hard and deep enough it will break through into its counter side.

…The twelfth rule: The price of a successful attack is a constructive alternative.

…The thirteenth rule: Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.

Apple iOS 10.3.3 Update

Another update is out by Apple, but as always we recommend waiting a few days to enjoy the calmness and prepare for any storm that may be following...

It looks as though this will be the last update for Apple in the 10's, so be prepared for 11...

We feel that any phone under 7 might have issues with 11, so tread cautiously if updating to 11 and make sure you back up first...

*UPDATE**

iPhone 7, 6 and 5s have now been updated without a hitch...

If you're phone was running good before it'll be running just fine after updating to 10.3.3, with one exception...the iPhone 5s will be running better...

iOS 10.3.2 left the iPhone 5s with latency issues with the keyboard, hard to press icons and glitchy screen changes...

You'll be relieved to know the 10.3.3 fixes all those issues, so it's best to update as soon as possible...

As always, check your iTunes make sure it's up to date, if so, backup your iPhone just in case you have to go backwards, oh, and make sure you have enough room on your phone first...

The update only took about 5 minutes, have fun...

Here's an Idea...

Match Face...

Have you ever been on the other side of the phone thinking about what the other person looks like...

Or what about listening to the radio, trying to figure out what the person looks like by the sound of their voice...

When it comes to radio, you can rest assured there is a reason why they are the voice on the radio, hence the term, you have a face for radio...

Although when talking on the phone to someone you have never met, your imagination begins to design an interpretation your mind has perceived that person should look like based on your mood and preconceived notions...

Want need and desire come into play when trying to analyze the voice and tone of a person which often confuses the outcome you have perceived that person to be if one ever meets the face of a voice...

What if you could take this curiosity most people endure to a game show...

Contestants would hear a voice and would try to guess what that person would look like based only on a conversation that people have every day...

It would be a point based system based on the ethnicity, the size and the color of the hair of a person...

The dynamics of the show are based around political correctness and the evolutionary state we are in right now on describing how a person looks...

Previously people would just call a person fat, to more recently, plus size, but even that term has become fauxpas for today's standards and has been replaced with curves or fiercely real...

The compound adjective of the hyphenated ethnicity has also created a dynamic to the game which could be a daily double type scenario, like African-American or Asian Americans to European Americans or quite the opposite, White American, or even Black American...

Just because you can trace your heritage back to a certain region doesn't necessarily mean you associate with that genealogy anymore, based upon the length of time your family has been removed from that element which in turn has created a new generation...American...

Just choosing to use what has become standard is not standard any more in today's standard which changes daily based on the fact that America is more diverse than it ever has been before...

America is more evolved than any other nation on the planet due to the fact that we allow multi-generational people's which has given America a step up in the evolutionary gene pool...

Our Cultural diversities has given rise to a more modern way of thinking and reacting which has left the rest in the dust when it comes to conversing and relating to one another...

This game will show how far ahead we are and how far behind some people are when it comes to describing what you think you see a person as, and how that person identifies themselves...

We also think that it would be better to keep the audience in suspense as well, this way you prevent the rebuttal, oh I knew that, or how stupid are they that they couldn't figure that out...

We also think that you shouldn't be given a choice of three images to decide which person it could be, like one of our cohorts considered...

Although, we think it would be a good idea to include the audience as well as online watchers to be able to text in their answers, this way the contestants could choose their answer or go on their own...

This gives it away to much in our opinion, and if you think about it, the only image you have are the images you've gathered on your own, and leaves little for advanced interpretation...

Remember, we are trying to think outside the box, removing stereotype and in the process meeting a new person and creating a new relationship with someone you might have thought you would have never been able to connect with before...

Opening the door even wider to help create a forgiveness and acceptance for the past transgressions we have thrown on one another and acceptance for the things we have no power of being able to change...

The game also opens the door to a possible romance that can be created and those contestants could be brought back on the game to see if their stereotypes have changed based on their new interpretations...

This game also creates the ability to open a dialogue by opening up the discussion with contestants from all walks of life that only America has the ability to do...and that's a fact!

What was that...

"Shares have fallen in recent weeks amid slower-than-expected trading at HPE Software and ahead of an expected sell-off as American funds that do not own foreign shares sell their existing stakes"
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/technology/2017/07/12/micro-focus-shares-slump-hp-deal-approaches/

HPE has quietly begun to lay off yet more programmers and software engineers...
http://www.zdnet.com/article/new-round-of-hpe-software-layoffs-begin/

How does this story go...oh yeah, have the shareholders buy as much stock as they can even if the price goes down, just keep telling them it will be a great buy you'll see, while the Top Execs sell of their shares and design an exit strategy for Meg Whitman to prepare her for her run at Governor of California...

Mhmm...

5hVnz Book of the Month...

Thinking of the classics, this is a book that everyone should read if they are thinking of moving away from the billiards room and moving out to the range...

Pool is a game a lot of younger people play, because it's cheap and fairly easy to master because the field of view never changes...

Sure you can hear of a tighter pocket table, or faster greens, but it's just a rectangle with the same six holes in the same positions, the only difference is the accuracy of the shot...

When you're ready to move on from the musky old pool room to get some fresh air, try taking up golf...

Jonny Lang "Rack 'Em Up"
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7FHhDY2zmcg

The best thing about Golf is that, it's never the same game twice, so it will never get boring...

Sure, you'll get frustrated more, but that's because it's not a game you can master...

There's an old saying in golf, it's not a game you can win, it's a game you can play:

"When you play to win, you create tension and pressure that adversely affects your brain's chemistry and your ability to perform. If you play to play, you are relaxed and give yourself a chance to perform at a much higher level so you can win. However, as true as this is, most golfers continue to get caught up in the outcome and winning, which causes their game to suffer."

Ben Hogan's Five Lessons: The Modern Fundamentals of Golf...
http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/198779.Ben_Hogan_s_Five_Lessons

The best thing about golf with today's health conscious minds is your ability to get in your 5000 steps a day, so when the wifey complains about you being on the golf course all the time just remind her, honey, I got my 5000 steps in today, and she'll reply, that's awesome honey, and the argument is over...and that's a fact!

**UPDATE**

We heard some great advice from a long time player of the game when we asked them if my Club was too high on my return:

"There's no magic move, this elbow or those hips. Everyone thinks there is. There is only repeatable and not repeatable. Every swing change is only to make your swing easier to repeat identically. What do Jim Furyk, Tiger Woods, Ben Hogan's and Jack Nicklaus's swing have in common? Not a damn thing, except they've won all majors."

Here's an Idea...

It's time to reboot the Andy Griffith Show...

Opie Taylor  (Ron Howard) goes back home to visit his roots, to reconnect with his younger self...

However, Mayberry isn't the town he remembers, and has turned to a complete and utter disaster...

Homelessness, drugs, slow business, and a corrupt Sherriff behind it all...

There is a bit of nostalgia to the Sherriff, with the bumbling idiot of a Deputy and the Sherriff brave enough not to wear a gun considering he thinks he's above the law...

Floyd's barber shop is still there, but the kids have turned it into a bookie location and an underground gambling room...

They felt if Grandpa could do it, they could do it to, however, like the youth of today, they lack the facts surrounding the situation...

They've also been dumping chemicals in the woods and burying the barrels in the ground and covering them up with concrete, cementing the chemical into the soil and leaking into the water system...

Opie's mother and father are buried together at the old cemetery where he visits them and insists that he is going to clean up the town...

Emphasis on his mother that died when he was very young and how that impacted his adulthood...

The idea is to bring back human value, respect for others and a willingness to work together to make progress happen for everyone, not just an individual...

Freshly baked pies on the window sill, a family working and playing together in the yard, entertaining the bachelor and his kid next door...

Yesterday's values with todays realities and an unwillingness to accept the status quo...

Opie is a good kid and doesn't believe in violence and vows to his father that he'll abide by his values and clean up the town and restore it to what it once was...

**UPDATE**

Here's what we see...

You have to get Opie (Ron Howard) back to the town somehow, and we see that he left a girlfriend back there that passes away and he has to go back for the funeral...

Little does he know that there is another girl that stayed in Mayberry that also likes him and is the one who calls him to tell him the bad news...

Come to find out the girl who dies used to work for the city and her death is left with questions and they think that she discovered something and might have been killed because of it...

Mayberry is just as naïve as it always has been, but life around them has evolved and there will be a bit of nostalgia to attract the people that grew up with the show, but more modern to attract a new crowd...

There's nothing wrong with creating a storyline on where Opie has been all these years and what he has grown up to be, but you'll need a little action to attract younger viewers...

After 4 hours of research we have determined that the Monthly "Quality" Rollup for Windows 7 is causing explore to fail...

We like the word "Quality" in this update, and Microsoft has promised that it would not fail in the new way of updating with this rollup updates procedure, but now they have...

Do not load KB4022168 until "Quality" control fixes the update...

Is this Microsoft's attempt to force you into Windows 10 again, are they creating errors like they create gridlock to force people onto transit...

It's an optional update so it won't automatically download, it has to be manually chosen...

You have a problem Microsoft...and that's a fact!

**UPDATE**

Well, well...well, it looks as though Microsoft has removed update KB40...22..16...8 :-D they have become very very sneaky lately...

Outlook users also experienced problems with KB4022168 and Microsoft has provided a patch for them, but only for 64bit users...

Microsoft we mentioned awhile ago about not putting all your eggs in one basket, and that is what you are doing with Windows 10 and banking that everyone will change, even upgrading them for free, but now even that has backfired on you...

The latest Windows 10 update is causing issues for computers that are only a few year old and you forcefully upgraded them, and coincidently enough, a guarantee was provided by you for them that as long as they upgraded they'd be fine...

Microsoft has already admitted that Windows 10 will only work best on certain hardware, but that was the small print, and by legality standards has given them a way out of any liability thrown against them by any user that feels they have been jilted when they find out their hardware won't support the latest Windows 10 advancement...

Their other way out is that they will still be responsible for security updates like they do for most surpassed software versions, but that can only last for so long...

Like Windows 7 support, it's hard to staff and afford support for a version that is no longer considered mainstream and the users that were updated to Windows 10 with outdated hardware will feel they fall under the umbrella of the Windows 10 agreement, but that will only last until Windows 11 comes out...

That is how Microsoft will get out of any legality agreements/promises they've made to the end user that they updated overnight without their permission...

Microsoft cuts off Windows 10 support early for some PCs...

The New American Dream...

Child: Mom, when I grow up I wanna live in a tent in the middle of a sidewalk underneath a highway with a brown pallet fence...

Mom: Well honey, you don't have to wait until you grow up, you can live that dream today...

Child: I can...

Mom: You sure can...

Child: How...

Mom: Well, all we have to do is get in an argument about, oh let's say...eating your vegetables, I'll say, you need to eat your vegetables and you'll say, you can't make me, and I'll say, while you live under this roof you'll follow my rules and you'll say, well then I'm leaving, and you're on your way to living your dream...

Child: Really? That's all I gotta do...

Mom: Yep...

Child: What am I gonna do about food...

Mom: Don't worry honey, people will give you food all the time, and if you're adventurous you'll find food in some of the most unusual places and it's all free...

Child: Wow, that's sounds cool...

Mom: Sure, and on certain days of the week you can go to the Food Bank where you can get all the cookies and beans your little heart desires...

Child: I like Cookies...

Mom: I know you do honey, and remember, you can always come back and eat here, but I'm gonna put veggies on the plate and I know how much you don't like them...

Child: What about clothes...

Mom: You can take as many clothes as you can carry in your knapsack from your closet here, and dad won't mind if you take the tent from the garage. People like giving away their things to people that don't want to pay for them, so get used to that kind of generosity...

Child: Really, for free, so why don't you do that mommy...

Mom: Well someone has to provide for the people that get mad at their mommy's and runaway because they don't want to eat their vegetables...

Child: What if you're not home...

Mom: Don't worry, just break a window and break in and take whatever you want, people love that when it happens...

Child: What if I get a scratch on my knee...

Mom: They have a solution for that too honey, it's called "Free Healthcare" and you'll be able to get a free Band-Aid paid for by the working class people...

Child: Will they blow on my booboo and make it all feel better...

Mom: No honey, that's what mommy's are for...

Child: Oh...

Mom: Now dreams aren't easy to come by honey so you'll have to build up some resentment for the days that don't go so well for you...

Child: Huh...

Mom: Sure, most people have a story about how they blame everyone else for their problems and why they are in the situation they are in, and soon you'll start sharing your stories about the people you blame for putting you in the situation you are in...

Child: I will...

Mom: Sure, you can tell them that your mommy used to make you eat your vegetables and that if you were going to live under her roof you're gonna have to follow her rules...

Child: Oh yeah, that's a good one for sure mommy....

Mom: Of course it is honey, but that'll be just the start of it, you'll gain some more ideas when you're out on your own...

Child: I will...

Mom: You sure will and after awhile those stories and all those people that put you in that position will start to weigh on you and before you know it, you'll develop a drug problem...

Child: I'm gonna do drugs, but you said drugs are bad mommy...

Mom: Well you won't be living under my roof anymore, so you can do what you want and make those decisions for yourself...

Child: Wow, that sounds Awesome, I'll be able to do what I want...

Mom: Not Awesome honey, Amazing, you don't want people to laugh at you, so try to make sure you stay current with what's trending...

Child: Wow, that sounds...Amazing :-)

Mom: That's right honey, and you won't have to answer to anybody, and as a matter of fact, they now have a facility where they'll give you free needles and drugs and people to hang out with and the best part is, the government approved it, so you won't even get in trouble for having drugs...

Child: REALLY...

Mom: Really...

Child: I can't wait to start living my dream mommy...

Mom: Well you don't have to, remember....

Child: You mean...

Mom: That's right, all we need to do is get in a fight about eating your veggies and you'll be on your way to living that dream...

Child: Okay, I'M NOT GONNA EAT MY VEGGIES AND I DON'T HAVE TO FOLLOW YOUR RULES ANYMORE MOMMY, I'M LEAVING...like that mommy...

Mom: Perfect, then I say, go ahead and see if I care, you'll be begging me to come back...

Child: No I won't because you're gonna make me eat my veggies and tell me drugs are bad for me...

Mom: Now you're gonna want to stomp around and slam the door when you leave to make it feel official, theatrics are great for these types of situations...

Child: stomp stomp stomp, SLAM!...

Mom: Honey, you almost forgot your Participation Trophy...

Child: Oh, thanks mommy, I'm sure that will come in real handy...

Mom: Okay, now get out of here and start making me feel ashamed of myself...

Child: Okay mom, thanks...

Mom: You'll be back, you'll see...

Child: No I won't...

Mom: :-)

Child: :-)

Here's an Idea...

Pallets...

This is typically what happen to pallets, they just get piled up somewhere in a landfill, or they get burned...

Is pallet wood safe to burn?

"You can check its moisture content with a moisture meter. pallets. Generally, pallets are safe to burn in fireplaces, although those that are treated with the fumigant methyl bromide (labeled with the initials MB) are unsafe to burn. Also, pallets may have been exposed to a variety of chemicals while they were in use."

However, it doesn't matter because people will still burn them regardless of chemicals because nothing spells bonfire like Pallet...

Aside from all that, there is another problem with pallets that this picture represents, without even knowing...storage...

Warehouses are full of their own product without the headache of finding space to stack the pallets, but what if there was a better solution...

What we see...is a pallet that is collapsible and NOT made of wood...

Pallets fall apart too easy, anyone that has worked with wood knows that screwing into them holds the wood together better than a smooth nail that over time the wood slips off of...

The other problem with Pallets is that they have different weights to them depending on moisture and sometimes the age of a pallet...

Sure, parcel companies love heavy pallets because it adds dollars to the bottom line when companies have to use them to ship product...

Shipping is hands down the most expensive expenditure that a business has to deal with, and customers always complain about...

Customers want products yesterday, but don't think they should have to pay a higher price due to the fact that they bought the product from you...

Some companies provide free shipping for customers which has changed the dynamics for other/smaller businesses that can't afford free shipping due to one reason or another...

It would also be nice to have a pallet that you can count on the same weight everytime, and not be paying for something you don't have too, which nobody likes to do...

We also see sliders built into to the sides of the pallets themselves, so when you stack them together, they are easily accessible and they balance better when stacked...

The material to use is some kind of carbonate, high strength, but light weight...

These pallets would also last longer which saves costs on replacing pallets which cost about 10 dollars a pallet, minimum...

It would also prevent the obvious landfill fillup, and the prevention of people of exposing chemically treated wood into the air by burning them...

The collapsing process we see looks kind of like an accordion where the ends come together...

Well, as they say...it's just an idea...and that's a fact!

The Failed Business Model...

Over the years we have been noticing a trend in business and with that trend a story seems to follow that goes like this, we just aren't making any money any more...

"Money itself isn't lost or made, it's simply transferred from one perception to another." O.S.

What's sad about that statement is that it takes a generation to go by before you'll ever recognize it or understand its meaning and by then you'll ask, what was it all for anyway...

Well it's simple really, "Rob Peter To Pay Paul" Rob means to NOT PAY Peter in order to pay Paul, thus meaning, robbing another person of payment...

It doesn't matter what city you go to, a large one or a small one, the business practices are all the same, the only difference is will be the amount of foot traffic that passes by that establishment every day...

Just like in a small city it's the same in the big city, there's just a handful of companies that are really making money in the town, while the rest are making money for the town...

The dreamers really, believing in the old theory, an honest day's work, for an honest day's wage, only to discover, it was only a theory...

Theory does have the ability to become reality, it just depends on which direction you take, and which outcome you are willing to accept...

The biggest failure we see in businesses is that they aren't open on the weekend, considering that most people work during the week and their only days off are the weekend, doesn't make sense to us that you wouldn't be open for business on the weekend...

The other biggest failure we see in businesses is that they open too late in the morning, some at 9:00 and some at 10:00, when these businesses should be opening at 7:00...

The other biggest failure we see in business is that they close too early, some close at 5:00 when most people are getting off of work...

A good example of this is a fishing and boating store we saw that opened at 10:00 and closed at 5:00 and was complaining about how business has been bad...

Another example of this is an Automotive repair shop that closes on the weekend...

Let us explain: Who's ever heard of a fisherman waking up at 10:00 to start fishing and who has time during the work week to get their oil changed and yet these people are baffled at why they can't make any money...

Which takes us to the service industry or more commonly known as the technicians or mechanics...

You will never feel more intimidated, nervous or even scared as you will be when you are face to face with the service department...

MEAN PEOPLE SUCK!

This is truly why we have seen such a rapid decline in service related industries, which in turn has given birth to the disposable world we live in today...

Most people today would rather replace than repair due to the insufferable mannerisms, the extreme costs of repair or the inability to get an appointment that works with your schedule...

In order to grow your business, you'll need to keep separation from the back of house and the front of house...

Allow a service manager to be the liaison between the sales department and the service personnel, and sometimes they'll need to interact with the Customers to help explain a procedure that was performed, but once explained remove the element so the sales can do their job by selling more services...

A good service technician will help sales with this transition by concluding with a statement of a follow up visit, that will help sales by bringing you back...

A restaurant is a perfect example of this system and has worked successfully for years, the cooks stay in the back, the servers stay up front and the Managers maintain stability between the two...

cannedrebuttal: sure, the Chef sometimes comes out and visits the guests, but they are on a short leash, because as you have seen, they have short tempers when they hear criticisms about their food...

In order to stay open from 7-7, 7 days a week, you'll need to split up the shifts and will also need to allow people to work different shifts if they want, this way you break up the monotony...

cannedrebuttal: obviously 24/7 operations are not included in this model.

You'll also be able to hire more people and be able to pay them more money because you'll be offering more hours for people to shop which in turn brings in more money for the business...

You'll be able to hire full and part time positions for your business to accommodate all sorts of schedules...

Oh, and you're going to have to stop standing around waiting for someone to come in the door to make money, you'll need to get online...

By getting online you'll be able to telecommute your company and will be able to hire people that have to stay at home, like people with disabilities, stay at home parents and seniors...

Plus, when you close your doors for the night, don't put up the sign, sorry we missed you, rather you should put up the sign, See you online...

Unfortunately, Amazon is the only game in town in order to get online, because everybody knows about Amazon, but that can change, and needs to change FAST!!!

We're sure you've heard of the saying, don't put all your eggs in one basket, well this saying is not a theory, this one is reality...

Amazon doesn't give a shit about you, all they want is your vendors and your land so they can expand...

If Amazon really cared about you, they wouldn't be using the Amazon Banner to sell your products...

Plus, Amazon takes out the personal connection you have with your customers and the knowledge of the product they are purchasing...

Your customer is talking to an employee that is constructed from the sum of all parts, but lacks any significance to your business...

However, Amazon has shown you as bluntly as possible that CO-OP for business is the model that works in order to get your business to succeed...

You're trying to improve your bottom line, so by paying Amazon a fee for selling your products is counterintuitive to your profit margin, but by Co-opping your businesses improves your buying power by saving and making you more money than Amazon ever will...

Just like we mentioned before the only way Washington was going to make their liquor stores work is if they CO-OP their business to offset the 30% of taxes the Government is taking from them...

argumentative: What about Marijuana...that's easy, limited supply and a HUMUNGOUS Demand...

Supply and Demand, it's as simple as that, as long as you can supply what the masses want, their demand will stay constant, that is as long as your supply stays relevant...

You'll have to give more responsibility to your employees, this way they feel needed and will provide more of their services for you, which in turn will gain you the most valuable and trusted resource you can have...

You'll also have to extend the lunch hour back to an hour instead of the current half-hour model...

When did this happen? Half Hour lunch hours are what's hurting the restaurants, not the millennials...

We read an article that the Millennials are ruining the casual dining experience, but that is not at all true...

Unhealthy choices to choose from and half-hour lunches are to blame for the fast food and casual dining restaurants decline in sales...

Having a half-hour to eat lunch doesn't give people enough time to heat their food because they're always waiting for a microwave...

Having a half-hour to eat lunch doesn't give people enough time to go get food at a restaurant, because by the time you get to restaurant and order you'll be 15 minutes in and that only gives you 15 minutes left to get back to work so you find yourselves eating in the car and we know what that leads to...distracted driving...

Having a half-hour lunch restricts you from taking care of the little things that everyone needs to take care of during the week because everyone is closed on the weekend...

Like, picking up your clothes from the cleaners, or renewing your tabs, or picking up a prescription and on and on...

To help increase sales in restaurants, small businesses and the sort by bringing back the Hour Lunch...

Plus hour lunches are good for personal meetings with employees or potential customers...

Of course golfing is the best place to have meetings with employees and potential customers, but a round of golf takes a little longer than an hour ;-)...

There are other factors that are ruining the business model of today, but we'll save that for another post, for now, let's start simple, you know...kis, Keep it Simple...
