Here we go again, and an infringement on a persons 1st amendment rights to watch Porno in the Library.

In the computer business we have determined that their are 5 ways to get a virus on your computer, but the #1 way to get a Virus on your computer is PORN!
So what that means to you is, that if this user surfs porn on a computer and then you use it after them you can get infected as well, just like sex.
In other words, when you have sex with a person, you're having sex with every partner they ever had sex with and if they have a virus...well you get the point.
Once you open your email with your user name and password on an infected computer you have just shared your password with everyone else.
However, not the point of the story, just a heads up for ya'.
The point here is that Libraries have to respect the 1st amendment right to it's users which means, if they want to watch porn on the computer they can.
The problem is that, as book read as these people are, they just can't figure out what is wrong with this picture and they focus only on the 1st amendment right.
The funny thing is that they have a solution in place already in many places, and have had a solution for situations like this for a long long time...
The library allows all ages into the library and in lies the problem, because the "BOOK READ" librarians have put the computer out in the CENTER OF THE LIBRARY for everyone to see.
This is when two children walked by this publically located computer and saw a pervert watching porn on the computer and were shocked to say the least.
sidenote: If you're watching porn in a Public Library with Children around YOU'RE A PERVERT!
They mentioned it to the librarian and gave them a dismissive answer without solution and now they are taking on some campaign for GOD knows what, but in the end is our 1st amendment right.
Just like you can't pick and choose which book to burn you can't pick and choose what our 1st amendment rights cover.
You have to be smarter than that FOR ONCE IN YOUR LIFE!
This solution is so simple that it makes us laugh when we listen and read the media going around and around the solution.
Full grown adults just completely stumped on how to solve this issue "INSTANTLY" and w/out ANY ADIEU!
As a matter of fact it's so easy that we're even going to give you a daily double, a two for one if you will solution to your little problem.
1. Private Rooms.
2. Secured Cameras in the Room.
Since you have to be 21 years of age to watch these types of videos, you'll need to treat it as such and prevent/protect adolescents from these situations.
The reason for the camera in the room is to catch this pervert in an act. You'll let them know that they are being watched with a sign saying, smile you're on candid camera.
Perverts that watch porno in a public place are not healthy minded and will defile themselves without any doubt because that's what they do, we call it the Pee Wee Herman Syndrome.
If you don't put them in a private room it will only be a matter of time before they do it right there in the middle of the library.
It's called being PROACTIVE and not REACTIVE in other words, "TO AVOID THE PROBLEM GO INTO THE SOLUTION"
Having the private room the user will be recorded in an act so you have surveillance, the police will come and arrest the individual and now you can actually say, WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE...TO YOU!
Three Birds with One Stone: 1st Amendment protected, Adolescents and others protected and a Pervert Removed.
The other thing you'll have to think about is putting that Porno system on it's own network as to not infect your other computers.
It's not a question of if, it's when...and that's a fact!
Let people know that if you use this computer you might get some sticky stuff on your fingers and your email might be compromised, so use at your own risk ;-)

Irony in the 1st
"We Reserve The Right To Refuse Service"
This is a sign that has been in companies for years that gave companies the right to refuse service to anyone, but apparently the rules have changed and the new sign will read:
"We Reserve The Right To Refuse Service w/ the exception of LGBT"
The sign has actually been around for a long time and it goes all the way back to the days of slavery because the sign actually used to say:
"We Reserve The Right To Refuse Service to Negros"
They just dropped the racism tag and was for the longest time a sign for unruly patrons.
This was okay because nobody wants some unruly customer to deal with, but the sign may have to be taken down completely, because it's under scrutiny again.
In the news their is a gay couple that want to be married and they want flowers at their wedding, pretty simple right...wrong...

Apparently the store owner has no problem selling to the LGBT's, it's just that they don't want to support a "Non-Traditional" marriage according to their beliefs.
It's nice that people can pick and choose who they sell to considering that small store owners are just making money hand over fist these days ;-)
However, aside from that façade, the Irony is that, this owner wants the same rights that the LGBT's have when it comes to acceptance of who they are and what they believe in, but they don't.
So now the LGBT's are going to sue this store owner over their freedom of religious beliefs and force the store owner to accept they are gay and force them to change their beliefs while they get married.
The biggest campaign for the LGBT's was "We're Here, We're Queer" so ACCEPT IT!
Did you know that they have a Gay Pride Parade that states "EQUALITY WITHOUT EXCEPTION" however, it only applies to LGBT's.
Nobody else is allowed that right, or are they saying, we're gay, why aren't you? and we don't care about your rights and we don't care about what you believe in, sell to us now...or else!
When somebody does drugs they think everyone does drugs. They'll go up to people and say, "let's go do some drugs" to anyone, and are surprised when they say, uh, sorry, but we don't do them...
Response...Why Not?! Because we don't, Oh yeah? Well I am going to sue you!
There isn't even a parade for Heterosexuals, why not? See the problem? Probably not :-(

My CenturyLink Field Experience
Narrated:
Some friends of ours recently went to a Seattle Seahawks game at the CenturyLink Stadium and this is what they had to say...
"Never have we been treated more rude by people then we were treated by the fans at CenturyLink Field"
See, one of the two had a birthday and were given tickets from a season ticket holder to watch a game for the first time EVER at the CenturyLink Field.
They had great seats and these two people are avid fans of the Seahawks and coincidently enough are Natives of Seattle.
However, that didn't matter because they were called from the people around those ticket holders seats, bandwagoneers.
That was what they started out with, but after they started getting drunk they begin using expletives to explain what they thought of these two for showing up.
Calling them worthless for not being able to afford their own season tickets and people like you are disgusting and leeches and again, more expletives.
It got so bad that actually just ONE person reached out to them and tried to comfort them by saying don't listen to them, but that was kind of hard to do.
Their experience was so bad and they were just so ashamed of their fellow Washingtonians that they won't be going back to the stadium ever again.
All we could do is just shake our heads and remember that it just validates what we as an outsider noticed about this state and these people are NATIVE WASHINGTONIANS!
As you know we have never liked the Seahawks, but it wasn't because of the players, because we liked Jim Zorn and Steve Largent back in the day, it was just their uniforms we didn't like.
Now we like their uniforms and still like a few of the players, but something was a miss and we just couldn't figure it out and then this and it all made sense...it's the Seahawk Fan.
sidenote: Dallas is the only one with the Ugliest Uniforms in the game now, opine ;-)
We told you that Lynch can't manage his money and he can't, how much has he lost just this season? but it doesn't mean we don't respect him.
We told you that Wilson is a champion and he is proving that, and we told you that if you just show what Pete Carroll sees then y'all win and you are.
You can paint a house to make it look better, but it's the mold inside of you like a Washingtonian home that you can't get rid of, unless you rebuild it...and that's a fact!

THE REPUBLICANS
The Republicans have been out of the picture for some time now and have had plenty of time to think about what they would do when they get in power...
...and what was their first Political Action...running some nasty a** crude oil through our nation, our land, our water and GOD only know what else.

"Exxon Mobil said that one of its pipelines leaked “a few thousand” barrels of Canadian heavy crude oil near Mayflower, Ark., prompting the evacuation of 22 homes and reinforcing concerns many critics have raised about the Keystone XL pipeline that is awaiting U.S. State Department approval."
"Many critics of the Keystone XL pipeline say that corrosion risks are greater in pipelines carrying low-quality bitumen-laden crude from the oil sands. They have urged U.S. President Barack Obama to reject the Keystone XL permit application."
See, City people don't care about where are food comes from and especially these Republicans and if they did, they wouldn't be doing what they are doing.
Now it makes absolute sense why President Obama couldn't work with these Republicans on the Health Care plan, their idiots :-D
The Republicans also say, none of this oil will be exported, but President Obama, who is the "President" had this to say:
"I won't hide my opinion about this, which is that one major determinant of whether we should approve a pipeline shipping Canadian oil to world markets, not to the United States, is does it contribute to the greenhouse gases that are causing climate change:"
Wouldn't you think the "President of the United States" might have a little more information then the regular Joe/Joan?
But we're gonna provide Jobs for Americans and use American Steel for our pipeline and they probably will, however...
The only company that is going to be paid is TransCanada Corp. and the GOP Republicans, everyone else is going to get sued.
When the pipeline leaks and it will the blame won't go towards TransCanada Corp. nononono, it's going to go to the contractor for not tightening up the bolt enough.
Or the Steel Mill claiming some ridiculous comment like the steel wasn't the right kind of steel and because of that the oil leaked out.
Then these companies will have to go to court and they may or may not win, but it doesn't matter because by the time they do come up with a decision they'll go broke, then what'll happen...
...exactly, they'll file bankruptcy and guess who will end up paying in the end...The Taxpayers.
The Uber Rich will get Ubier Richer while the Poor, Middle Class and even some Millionaires will get poorer...and that's a fact!

A woman named Aretha in New York has started a campaign on men called "Man Spreading"
What she claims and we will quote: "All you jerks with wide stances are breaking the social contract that we need to abide by in New York City. There are lots of things that men do that are crazy, like insist on trying to impress people by regurgitating lines from Adam Sandler movies and investing scores of time in that imaginary monstrosity that is fantasy football. But there is no worse, man-centric behavior than manspreading on the subway. Seriously guys, it has got to stop."
She goes on to say: "As a human male who possesses a penis, I can say that there is no possible way that your package is that big that you need to sit with your legs spread like the Grand Canyon. And if you have a package so large – as in an actual parcel – that is making you sit like this, you probably should do yourself and the world a favor and spring for a cab."
She goes on to chastise men and name call them and even brings up LA for their outbursts at Celebrities. Where this comes from no one will ever know :-D
She's just putting gasoline on her fire to make a bigger smoke signal to get as many women on board her campaign.
The interesting thing in all of this is that after she calls men every name in the book, she finishes with: "If you don’t like it, you can buy a bike and just ride everywhere. And if you really don’t like it, then you can move. Or better yet, you can stand. There are some of us who would also like a seat and we know how to use it." Referring obviously to an "ONLY WOMAN ALLOWED STATE"
The confusing part is what she says at the very beginning of her tirade: "We should already be showing everyone some R-E-S-P-E-C-T, as Aretha says."
Maybe she meant, everyone but...her ;-)

The reason being is that as you know with arguments, the minute you act like this lady did, you'll lose the argument and people will only focus on the outburst.

The average gap of a man's legs are 12" measuring from the inside of the knees.
You know we have never seen a Bow Legged Woman, but we sure have seen a Bow Legged Man and that's genetic, so there must be a purpose to why men's legs need to spread.
Women do not have a penis between their legs, they have a vertical depression.
When their is nothing between the gap guess what...the...gap...closes, but if you have something between the gap...it...stays...open.
Women have the opposite of Bow Legs they have inverted knees or Peanut Butter knees is the used term to explain the immediate collapse of not having something between the gap.
We can actually agree with this woman to a degree that some men do spread their legs entirely too far apart and if they are wearing tight pants the E.O.B. or Enlarged Prostate won't apply.
There is actually a happy medium here and if maybe she came out with a more eloquent and polite way of mentioning her findings, men might be willing to try, but when you present yourself immaturely and call Men and Cities names well...all bets are off.
Two wrongs don't make a right and men you don't need to do wrong, because if you do you will lose, why...WOMEN CAN DO NO WRONG!
Example: John and Lorena Bobbitt:
"At some point during the night, Lorena got out of bed and went to the kitchen for a drink of water. Grabbing the knife, she entered the bedroom where John was sleeping and cut off his entire penis starting at the base.

1. The Polite Argument, try rationalizing the situation which won't go far because this woman has already showed her hand, but smile and remind "EVERYONE" that you tried being polite.
2. She has mentioned that there is "NO" reason why you should be sitting like this and that if you can't then you need to figure out another mode of transportation. This statement can be settled in just one word...D-I-S-C-R-I-M-I-N-A-T-I-O-N, your ace in the hole ;-)
3. Gender Profiling
4. Defamation of Character
5. Slander
6. Libel
Now, you have to be careful because women have what they call the "TEAR" which runs like a river after a rain, but lacks validity.
We have seen a woman cry over spilled milk...SPILLED MILK!
When women know the "TEAR" isn't going to work they'll use Violence and when she lashes out, and she will, you'll have two more arguments, Assault and Battery.
However, remember the Lorena Bobbitt clause: WOMEN CAN DO NO WRONG...and that's a fact!

Best Malware Software for 2014
Kaspersky Internet Security...if you're not #1 you're last...and that's a fact!
Kaspersky Internet Security is for everyone.
What's that? What about Softsphere DefenseWall...DW is a Zero Day Defense program and is still the best 32bit software in the business.
Both of these software's are Russian and like we said, they are the best!
China will be the one to look for in 2015, but it would be best to wait for a year and watch them, because they're still a little wet behind the ears.
Softsphere may not develop a 64bit version of DW. KPP is no longer an issue for DW, but not a cost effective solution for the company.
DW is being used for ATM security to protect from Skimming. (Ukraine Only)
If we find the supporters to help fund DW to come out with a 64bit SW then maybe a solution will be done, otherwise no.
DW 32 bit will still be supported, but if you are planning on going to 64 bit then you'll want to use Kaspersky Internet Security.
We don't trust Emsisoft anti-malware because we know the origin of this software and will have nothing to do with it.
Malwarebytes is cantankerous and you can say that about any malware program, but it depends on what you are willing to work with and trust and MBAM just pisses us off (≧σ≦).
Example: Two for the Money with Al Pacino, Matthew McConaughey and Jeremy Piven. Sure Al Pacino could have went with the old staple Jeremy Piven, but he knew he wasn't a winner and that's the difference.
Microsoft and it's Security Essentials may not be the best, but that isn't the point, MSE is all about accountability.
If you use MSE and get a Virus you can hold Microsoft Accountable and that says a lot, because most malware companies don't have an origin per se.
sidenote: If you're going to get into the Securities Business Satya, you better get your Sh*t together, or it's gonna be real messy for ya'
Most of the Malware software that is created today is a conglomerate of Corporations formed together which will leave a lot of finger pointing and no solutions.
So in a Nutshell the "ONLY" software that we recommend for 2015 will be:
32 bit DefenseWall and MSE
32 bit DefenseWall and Kaspersky
32 bit Kaspersky by itself
64 bit Kaspersky and Nothing else.
These are only one year solutions.

Kaspersky Internet Security is for everyone.
What's that? What about Softsphere DefenseWall...DW is a Zero Day Defense program and is still the best 32bit software in the business.
Both of these software's are Russian and like we said, they are the best!
China will be the one to look for in 2015, but it would be best to wait for a year and watch them, because they're still a little wet behind the ears.
Softsphere may not develop a 64bit version of DW. KPP is no longer an issue for DW, but not a cost effective solution for the company.
DW is being used for ATM security to protect from Skimming. (Ukraine Only)
If we find the supporters to help fund DW to come out with a 64bit SW then maybe a solution will be done, otherwise no.
DW 32 bit will still be supported, but if you are planning on going to 64 bit then you'll want to use Kaspersky Internet Security.
We don't trust Emsisoft anti-malware because we know the origin of this software and will have nothing to do with it.

DW Update...
If you have followed along with this DW dllhost issue you'll know that we have many months and hours into a resolve.
We feel we have traced the problem with the dllhost issue and the latest update that we have seems to be stable:

We are still testing and this latest updates puts back features into DW that update #24 doesn't have.
As with troubleshooting you have to backup to the beginning and start adding things back in to determine what feature is causing the problem
We feel we are very close to resolving the dllhost issue, but there is another issue we have been experiencing and it seems to be with memory.
sidenote: IE 11 latest version.
The memory issue is not related to DW at all, it seems to stem from IE itself and starts the question on who truly is to blame for this...
sidenote: Could dllhost issue be isolated to IE...NO, because we had dllhost issue with Chrome as well.
It's simple to assume IE because everybody likes to blame Microsoft for everything, and maybe it is, but it can't be that simple.
We are starting to think that it has something to do with Adobe Flash, however the test is hard to perform because the leak is caused by streaming videos or video related applications.
Without flash installed can make it a little hard to test IE and videos and HTML5 is only fully functional with Chrome.
We have done a little research with this issue and found that we aren't the only one experiencing this problem and they too seem to blame IE and Flash...
Still too early to tell because this memory issue has only recently been causing us an issue.
Fresh Installs and only three plugins being used Flash and 2 XML DOM Documents both loaded by windows.
sidenote: We have disabled XML Dom Doc and still the memory issue persists.
Flash is installed separately and is not installed with Windows.
Adobe really needs to be replaced by someone else and yes there are other alternatives out there, but we are unsure of the security used behind them.
Adobe has been very nice to provide free Adobe Flash for IE and have been doing this for sometime, but free can only go so far before people become unmotivated.

Recently Apple has been accused and is being "Sued" for bloating their OS in order to force people to start using the Cloud.
Microsoft has also mentioned that they are getting away from IE altogether which stems the question...are they too beginning to force people to purchase newer products and services.
WELL OF COURSE THEY ARE!!! All resources are being directed towards their new OS and like most Corporate Owners they think that "Money" solves all problems...but it doesn't!
