We are recommending Spybot Anti-Beacon immunization security tool for your system.
We used Spybot Search and Destroy a long time ago, but we don't use it as much anymore, but we do like the Anti-Beacon program.
This program can run alongside DW w/out any problem. We are researching MBAM and Kaspersky, but we don't see a problem.
Anti-Beacon is small, simple to use, and is provided free of charge. It was created to address the privacy concerns of users of Windows 10 who do not wish to have information about their PC usage sent to Microsoft...Windows 7 and 8 capable...

The comparisons are starting to Surface...
5 ways Ubuntu Linux is better than Microsoft Windows 10...
http://betanews.com/2015/12/30/microsoft-ubuntu-windows-10-2015/
Fact Correction: You can uninstall IE, but the E stands for Explorer. Windows is Explorer, so to truly uninstall Explorer would uninstall itself...
We agree that Microsoft has been a bit aggressive on it's promotion of Windows 10.
The Nagware reminders can be controlled.
With Control Panel View and App View just tells you that there are a lot of tweaks need uh tweakin' and is typical of OS upgrades.
We like the Tile view, but we agree that something is odd with having the Tiles in the start menu, they don't have a fluid feel to them...
...however the alternative is to have them come in from the sides which could be irritating, or have them just appear in the screen by tapping a key/key combination...what can you think of...
Windows is more concerned with your viewing pleasure at this stage of the game, whereas Ubuntu is concerned with trying to be compatible...
They're both free, but that's where Linux steamrolls over Microsoft.
Microsoft is free for now, but they are going to a fee based subscription to use their software(s) Office is already being charged and Linux is freeeeeee...
Whether you pay for the Windows Software program or you are eligible for the free upgrade will put you in the subscription, but when you stop paying you'll stop receiving program enhancements.
You'll still receive security updates, but you won't get for example Windows 11. Plus there will probably be a cutoff time that you can upgrade like Apple's software does.
sidenote: We really like how Apple and Linux manages it's upgrades with 3rd party applications. That should be Microsoft's focus in our opinion...
In Microsoft's defense, not everyone has been cooperative with MS in the past because MS kept their source code under lock and key, but that's not the case anymore.
Microsoft has really listened to it's users this go around so we see continued changes and advancements in the Windows 10 OS if they continue this holistic approach.
As for the Security issue...well if you're going to use Mainstream Operating Systems like Google, Apple and Microsoft just expect it.
This is where Ubuntu and the like Steamroll over MS, Apple and Google and that motivates businesses. The less crap on their screen the more work that gets done.
Root User on Linux is dominant over Microsoft's Administrator when it comes to security.
Linux can run on small and large networks just like Windows can, and Linux will be cheaper in both scenarios, but Windows has more bells and whistles that end users are familiar with that make it easier to support the end user.
Linux is more forgiving when it comes to hardware which can make upgrades cheaper keeping costs down.
This is where PC dominates the market compared to Apple because Linux, Google and Microsoft are different choices and Apple well is Apple, often imitated never duplicated...and that's a fact!
**UPDATE**
Speaking of MS and their subscription fees does bring out quite a bit of concerns on when and how they should start this process, we say as soon as the year is up...
Here's an idea: Split the difference go 39.95 as would a Malware Program would cost for one year. However, give them the option to pay 59.95 for a two year subscription, a savings of 19.95.
Start working in bundles with 5 years and you'll get a discount for Office...
Let people know that a portion of their payment goes towards a good cause like Habitat for Humanity.
By 2017 or 2018 you should be subscribin' :-P Now just have some cool video and a voice over that says Access Granted and you're good to go :-D

Happy Birthday Linus Torvalds...
Who's Linus Torvalds? Well he turned 46 years old Yesterday and is running around in your home right now...
Linus Torvalds - "He is the inventor and lead developer of Linux kernel, the core of the operating system we all know and use today under various shapes and sizes: PCs, Android, Chrome OS and others. His decision to create and distribute Linux for free and reveal its underlying source code has made him a cult figure."

Kaspersky Safe Money...
welllll, this program is okay.
It's gotta a couple of issues:
1. It doesn't recognize its own plugins. We think it's because they have condensed the drivers to, two, drivers opposed to its 6 that it loaded before...we're guessing...
...the result is that it shows you that you aren't fully protected because your plugin is disabled, but after checking the Unprotected and then Protected then Protected to Unprotected Mode and everything was enabled, but still got a orange error box...no solution, looked online noticed some people were having it, but none of their solutions worked...
2. Safe Money loads like Sandoxie loads a browser, by creating a frame around it (noticeable) and sorry, but that's not a compliment :-(
...first of all it has to open another browser, so now you have two browsers open and you would think they would be able to manage it better. DW's management is how protected browser's should run.
The overall performance of the Kaspersky Program seems stable, which is a good thing, because KIS is a resourceful program.
It has a little shake upon reboot...otherwise it's a straight forward program and downloadable at Google Play for 3 devices at a really good deal.

Educational Talks Cont...
Recently we wrote about bringing digital technology to children using interactive software that has the ability to connect with each and every child regardless of the ethnicity.
http://5hvnzon.blogspot.com/search?q=interactive+software
We also mentioned home schooling for students which would bring this one on one digital technology to the student at their home.
http://5hvnzon.blogspot.com/2015/11/heres-idea.html
It's becoming too difficult to train teachers to teach with such an increase of diversity, and it's becoming too expensive and dangerous to get kids to school.
Recently they have just opened school later for students which in turn disrupts the schedules of the parents/guardians to get the kids to school and work for themselves.
Now Mark Zuckerberg weighs in on the subject by introducing personal training and he too recognizes the impracticability of training teachers to meet such a demand.
http://www.newsweek.com/zuckerbergs-automated-teaching-idea-deeply-flawed-404199
One of the concerns is teaching in an isolated manner that trains them efficiently in one field while limiting general abilities.
This is how schools teach now and is the exact reason why we need to change them. Most kids don't have basic math and English skills at a college level and flunk out in their first year, and Ironically enough that's all an Associates degree is :-D
They don't have practical bookkeeping skills, bank skills, home building skills or just plain old social skills and never learn those until college and even then there is no guarantee that they'll get it.
Their other argument is the "Real World" factor that again schools think they teach kids, but they don't.
Schools learn out of a text book and a 200 year old curriculum. blah blah blah blah blah, just text out of a book.
Sure these are based on real world events and people, but the problems come with the solutions, so it leaves little to the imagination.
To teach "Real World" to children you must have them garden to watch something grow that they planted and maintained.
Art, Music and Sports create the real world scenario by teaching them isolation, structure and accomplishment and all can be done using these new tools.
The other areas they speak of is the connection aspect that a teacher has over a software program, but again, they are wrong.
Sure, the teacher may connect well with a few of the students and produce outstanding results for those few, but they'll never reach all their students.
Students at a young age feel comfortable around the people that raise them and with software you can create that image they have in their mind and be able to connect with familiarity all the while showing distinction.
There will always be a need for Teachers, but more specialized and tutorial based to help the child with their subjects remotely.
Plus the software is able to come to them in digital form, so the lessons can be taught using headphones that will block out distractions and keep the pupil focused on the lesson.
The teachers of today vent their frustration when a student can't learn by rubbing their head, sighing and even raising their voice, but a software will always stay in a positive form and always reassuring the student that they are going to get it.
sidenote: However, not limited too...you can change the mannerisms to adapt to different learning abilities...
We are too reliant on the quotes and expressions of others with television episodes and movies when we should be discovering our own quotes and expressions from ourselves and our peers.
People respond with quotes from movies and find themselves in trouble using the tactics that actors use and not what real life requires.
"Finally, children’s preferences are not fixed—in fact they often change as immediate responses to the environment."
Children's preferences changed due to the parents/guardians life lessons and what has and has not worked for them changes a child's preference.
This is the delicate balance of guardian and child that schools endure every day that includes parents input and child's abilities.
Parents will always be hovering above their children in helicopters, but what has to change is the distance they need to keep from one another so the child can develop on their own and not around the family's business needs.
Hololens developments are the final piece of the puzzle to keep kids connected through digital virtual reality to maintain cognitive skills and social interaction.
They also mention the security behind the development of the child and keeping this safe...safe from what?
Anything you do in school is public record and is used in every resume you'll ever fill out and any job you apply for so this is a ridiculous question.
The only security that people are concerned with is the aggregating circumstances a child/teen has with physical disabilities or personal troubles, but that's not a part of the school system, that's a part of the medical and judicial fields, not the schools.
Time management is the true key to learning and if the child doesn't feel pressured by a clock or their peers stepping up before them to turn in their test first will allow the child to learn at their pace and this is where schools of today will never be able to compete with digital learning...and that's a fact!

A Dental Theory...
The Wisdom tooth...
When you are growing up you'll be told you have wisdom teeth, anywhere from 0-4 molars that only need to be pulled if need be...
**UPDATE**
...come to find out there can be more than 4 wisdom teeth.
We say PULL EM!
You'll want to pull them out as soon as it is safe to pull them out because you won't need them...ever!
The theory goes that the dentist doesn't want you to pull them because these are money makers...
Teeth come in crooked and need to be straightened so they immediately put on braces and tell you that this is the right thing to do, but we disagree.
If you were to just pull the Wisdom teeth there will be enough room for the remaining 28 teeth to grow and adjust naturally.
sidenote: We're sure there are exceptions to the rule, but that number is far less than the current average.
Your teeth grow and need that room to fully develop and without the wisdom teeth will reduce a lot of cracked teeth, pricey crown repairs and braces...
The only other hurdle you have to go over in your mind is to convince yourself that you don't need the Wisdom tooth/teeth none of them remove them ALLLLL...and that's a...theory...

Internet Explorer End of Support...
Theory is becoming reality with Windows 10 and it's support options for systems running anything but, and the new/old update is you better get to 11...
The rumor is that Microsoft announced that Internet Explorer 11 would be it's last version of internet explorer, which means no more updates/improvements/security patches for 10 and below.
Rumor...

It's a good thing, because it's getting confusing going back and forth between whether or not you're talking about IE or OS :-P

For the Calendar's that are becoming popular again should have an improvement to the Birthday reminder...
When you program in your family and friends birthdays it will announce also how old they are that day.
This comes in handy for those golden birthdays that demand the right gift!

Upgrading Mac OS X Tiger to Snow Leopard...
Apple supports their product for life it seems like :-D You can still get downloads for programs that are no longer supported.
If you have Tiger you're going to have some problems with the Net so you'll need to upgrade to Snow Leopard.
More than likely if you have Tiger you have an Intel System with 1 gb of ram, UPGRADE to 2 gb.
http://www.crucial.com/
Your system won't perform as well in Lion as it would with Snow Leopard, you can't upgrade to Lion!
El Capitan is the latest installment of OS X, before that is Lion, then Snow Leopard, Leopard and Tiger.
Customer Service has ended for Snow Leopard and anything below Snow Leopard, but all you need is the updates of which Apple will provide and a GURU and you'll have an OS that should last, hmmm 2 years?., before upgrading/replacing ;-)
"You can indeed still get all of the security & other OS patches to 10.6 Snow Leopard. You can use the 10.6.8 Combo updater, which will update any version (10.6.0, 10.6.1, 10.6.2, etc) up to 10.6.8. It's the equivalent of an offline Service Pack installer for MS Windows.
10.6.8 Combo updater - https://support.apple.com/kb/dl1399?locale=en_US
You can also still purchase a copy of Snow Leopard here if needed:
http://www.apple.com/shop/product/MC573Z/A/mac-os-x-106-snow-leopard
There are likely a few other security updates, Java updates, and others that you will have to let the OS auto update after the 10.6.8 Combo update completes."
"Tiger and Leopard were released in versions for Intel and PowerPC processors. Snow Leopard is the first version released only for Intel Macs. Since the release of Mac OS X 10.7 "Lion", OS X has dropped support for 32-bit Intel processors as well. It now runs exclusively on 64-bit Intel CPUs.
The latest version of OS X is 10.11 "El Capitan", which was released to the public on September 30, 2015."
To upgrade just insert the DVD Leopard and follow the prompts to Install/restart...
Leopard will install upon reboot, so let it do it's boot and you just need to answer what language to load in, and choose the Mac HD. Leopard will tell you that it's updating, Snow Leopard won't.
Snow Leopard will collect information and install components from the desktop should take 20 minutes, then it will reboot and continue the install, should be around 40% left to install...
We recommend loading Leopard First, do updates, then Install Snow Leopard, do updates, and in that order.
quiktip: We recommend doing the 10.6.8 update by itself, do the other two individually as well.
sidenote: Say Replace Conflict (Font Issue)
The upgrade is clean and you'll finally be able to get your Firefox Up to Date, which is the problem with Tiger and Leopard, most go to Snow Leopard to make it all worth while.

quiktip: We recommend doing the 10.6.8 update by itself, do the other two individually as well.
sidenote: Say Replace Conflict (Font Issue)
The upgrade is clean and you'll finally be able to get your Firefox Up to Date, which is the problem with Tiger and Leopard, most go to Snow Leopard to make it all worth while.

Here's an Idea...
How about getting some security software for the software that is in cars today.
With a Wi-Fi connection in your car makes you vulnerable to being hacked, so do we have a Firewall for the car?
Of course they do, it's in-between the engine and the driver, not that firewall, a FIREWALL???
You should have an app that shows who is on your network and can lock down to only those users.

Here's an Idea...
The current model for windows to open up is one upon the other, in need of improvement...
When you open up windows on your computer they always plop right down on top of the other page you are looking at.
If they have retina scanners now in computers they should be able to pick up where your eyes are looking at and have the app open up to the right, or top, shrink it to fit, remember settings/last pages viewed...etc.
This would be good for techs when they are working on an issue that requires them to open explorer to access their flash drive, or local drive w/e...

Windows 10 Login Options...
Some people are noticing that they have two accounts to log into Windows 10 with, one is your name and the other is your email address.
There are three different passwords for these accounts, one is a local password that was used to create the user account, then your email password and finally a 4 digit pin number.
There's an old saying, don't put all your eggs in one basket, and Microsoft has done just that.
They're trying to keep it easy for people to remember their passwords by creating one profile for all logins, not a smart idea.
sidenote: They also are wanting you to be using your One Drive which requires a network password to do so, local accounts disables One Drive.
Sending your password over an unencrypted public network or even a private network can expose your credentials to a prepared predator.
What about your retina and password scan? Well those are great for getting in locally to your computer, but that's not how things are done anymore.
The other feature is the calendar that people can use, but it prefers Outlook/MSN/Hotmail accounts better due to sync.
Sync is used to keep your appointments attached to your email when you schedule an appointment, but that's about it.
If you answer your email on a home computer and a mobile device you'll notice that the folders don't sync up well. They'll either refresh completely, won't sync at all or it will stop working midway through.
Due to the security risk involved with using your email address as your login is enough for us to not recommend doing it that way.
Still use your retina and fingerprint scanners.
How to Disable Windows 10 Email Login...

**UPDATE**
Weird occurrence that we have seen in one of our systems was a user added their email address to the email tile in Windows Start Menu that created a new user login.
When the system rebooted there were two users, the Original User and the New User with the Email address login.
Now you log in with your email address and your email password, but you can change that under settings.
That's all and good, but what has happened is the original user can't be logged into...
It's requesting a password, but a password was never given to the account. However, it needs a password and none of them work...
Also can't see the account under users to make any changes to it, and all it wants to do is create another user, which hasn't been done, but considering it...

Thanksgiving Day...
"Meet the New Faces of Racists"
In the News we see a picture of "Remember where you Are, this is Native America"

New evidence supports the fact that Indians are defectors of Egypt, which makes sense when you think about it...
Their agricultural similarities, their structural similarities (Tents/Pyramids) and their worshiping similarities of praying to multiple gods for their water/air/land...
...and like Egypt, they too failed, possibly for praying to the wrong gods...
Or is this just something else to complain about with the Millennial's/Indians, first it was abolishing all of Christopher Columbus discoveries and now Thanksgiving.
We understand that Columbus didn't discover America, but he was an explorer and discovered many things throughout his life and should be remembered as such.
Thanksgiving is about Abe Lincoln's Proclamation of Thanksgiving to give peace to everyone to settle differences, grow and enjoy life.
Thanksgiving is about food and the Winter's Solstice is about the celebration for the harvest, in other words FOOD!
Families gather together the fruits of their labor and enjoy one another's company, just like the Indians Winter's Solstice.
There is no religious overtone to it, just family and friends getting together to give thanks for having a JOB! Whatever!
Since we don't have any other day that doesn't have some kind of controversy in it would you mind if we just had ONE F*CKING DAY OF PEACE!
YOU CAN BE AN ASSHOLE THE VERY NEXT DAY WE PROMISE, BUT CAN WE HAVE JUST ONE F*CKING DAY OF PEACE OUT OF THE 365 DAYS OF BULLSHIT WE LIVE EVERYDAY?!.
@#&*!
**UPDATE**
Technically, Thanksgiving lasts 4 days and it always starts on the last Thursday of November. That's so everyone has a chance to be with family, because as we know it's always hard to get everyone together the same day. 4 days, then Monday you can go back to being an asshole ;-)

Once you stop testing for marijuana will you fix half of your homelessness problem, the other half of the half are the prideful that won't just do what it takes until the right thing comes along person.
The last half of the half is the most concerning and is in need of these services more than the others.
The last half of the half are the weakest of the weakest and need help from anyone that's not the weakest of the weak.
As for these refugees that need a place to go are people that are able to work, so a one year program to get them tested and going in the workplace. One Year TOPS!
All these welfare programs like food assistance, clothes etc. need to be available only for a year and in one year you'll be making and living in a wage that affords your needs.
As for your wants is something outside the scope of government assistance, but you need to have a job to go to before you quit.
The sad part about these refugees is that they are going to be moving to a place they didn't grow up in, and regardless of what is better or not, is not essential, it must be hard to be removed from the town you grew up in...
As for the rhetoric of America not wanting to lift up Assad is a moot point now, because you had your chance to take him out, but you didn't and Putin stepped in.
We are actually surprised at Putin's response to the situation in Syria and has done the right thing, and as for Iran joining them after signing a Nuclear Treaty with the US is non essential.
Sure Putin shot off a couple of rockets at their partner, woops, but hey, we all make mistakes, and as they say, "no harm no foul"
As for Assad is something you learn as you go along and that is sometimes you have to weigh your consequences from the remove replace program.
You're not sure what you're gonna get with the replacement and could be worse than what you have now, at least with Assad you know what you're working with until you do find the right replacement.
Oh yeah, you gotta go Assad, and that goes for you too ISIS, we know your heart is in the right place, but you have lost your way...and that's a fact!

Homelessness cont...
Well Governor Jay Inslee just cannibalized two park rangers positions to fund the homeless campaign and now driving it up to almost 13,000 dollars spent on "each" homeless person a year.

The disconnect between the private sector and the public sector is semantics, not disagreement.
People have their own way of solving a problem, but either way you slice it there is only one correct answer in the end, and if the end justifies the means, then so be it...
The politicians think that money will solve problems and if you don't have money you'll know that money won't solve the problems, it'll only enhance the problems.
On the street people have a choice with their money, either pay the rent or invest, which is the same for the people with money, it's just picking the best investment with the least amount of risk that'll decide your outcome.
On the Street people know that money will either solve their problems or kill their problems and politicians think the same way, believe it.
Programs need to be setup on a Time To Live structure that lasts just long enough to get people on the right path, but they're not and this in turn becomes the problem.
Currently homeless people are the best off, they have free rent, government approval, full medical (Medicaid), free food, free clothes and free money, you say poor homeless people, we say poor us :-(
You don't give money to an addict, and with these types of benefits you create addiction and your numbers prove it because we are spending more on homelessness today than we ever have and that should tell you that throwing money at it doesn't work...work is the only solution to the problem.
Idle hands are the devils playtoy...
That is why propaganda systems like ISIS/ISOL/IS are tolerated by the government to a degree because it solves their immediate needs, you know the slogan, give me your poor, your tired, your hungry...

Seemingly they'll give the impression that it's a good investment with a long term resolve in place and they do, just not in your best interest and therein lies the disconnect.
Disconnect, that is what has been missing for so long, disconnect and now with social media we're able to connect and keep in contact, but a blessing can also be a curse and what social media has brought is awareness to what is "really" going on in the world and has been going on...

This bloodline is the source of today's disconnect and this is the bloodline that is holding at ransom the truths that were willed to us from our Creator our one and only Lord GOD.
No sense checking your horoscope, that wouldn't be very Christian of you, and no sense breaking out any charms to ward off evil spirits, that too wouldn't be Christian at all.

The Mars Rover...
The Mars Rover is an incomplete project. What we are trying to find out there is Resources like Oil and Water and...Life...
We are intrigued with scents like, Mama's Apple Pie, or Pasta, but there is also a scent that we carry or animals carry that draws interest from predators.
In order to bring out life we would think that you would have to build in human DNA or animal DNA.
The rover would still drive around and take pictures, but this time it would leave a scent trail with heat built into it somehow to possibly bring more attention to the rover.

Windows 10 Money Woes...
Well it's going to be real easy to start spending some money now that a new Operating System came out.
Just remember there are some alternatives to programs out there that you may want to check out first before you start spending money.
Two popular Programs are Office and Photoshop and here are two very good alternatives other than Microsoft or Adobe/Corel...
LibreOffice is a powerful office suite: Writer, the word processor, Calc, the spreadsheet application, Impress, the presentation engine...
http://www.libreoffice.org/
GIMP is the GNU Image Manipulation Program; photo retouching, image composition and image authoring...
http://www.gimp.org/
It’s hard to draw a line between “features” and “applications” in Windows 10 (case in point: Edge), but the Universal/Metro apps bundled with Win10 have picked up new smarts...

How to beat the Photo Enforced Camera...
The Photo Enforced camera is a perfect example for the phrase, "Passive Aggressive" which is used to justify having Photo Enforced intersections.
The passive is pretending that they are concerned about safety, because if they were, they would put a sign up that says, "No Right Turn on Red" but they don't.
The aggressive here, is that they put a fine ahead of safety and allow turns on reds which account for the most tickets served at an intersection.
There are more chances of failure by allowing turns, because technically you're supposed to stop equal with the other cars instead of what most do and drive into the Crosswalk.
The reason people do this is because to the left of them is a car and to the right of them is some kind of an obstruction, both of which are obstructions.
You either have someone that has grown bushes or trees around the corner disabling a good view of pedestrians, and the car beside you blocks your view to the pedestrians and cars that are coming.
This is the Right Hand Turn debacle, and should they or shouldn't they disable the ability to turn right at intersections with lights.
Let us help them with this question...ENABLE IT NOW! and start with intersections that have high pedestrian activity and or/Photo Enforced intersections.
It's the "Vision Zero" program. "Vision Zero Action Plan is the City's foundation for ending traffic deaths and injuries on our streets".
They know that by putting 5 words up that say "No Right Turn on Red" solves this, but why would they, can't make no money that way boss :-P
sidenote: We want to enforce two rules for writing. The punctuation behind quote 2 i.e. "Test",
it's the comma behind quote 2 that doesn't need to be there. If the sentence continues then let the second quote imply the comma otherwise only apply the period. The second is the Emoticon, let the emoticon reflect the comma punctuation also, but this time allow the emoticon exception to the tense, ie. period, question mark, exclamation mark and let the sentence and the emoticon speak for itself, or rather "Imply" ;-)
Anyway, the reason they are going around with this issue is because some people want to make money and some people are struggling with an understanding, and what is that understanding...how do we justify implementing Vision Zero...
Well here is the solution you are looking for..."Electric Cars". Electric Cars are silent and people are used to hearing a car come up to the corner, but with electric there isn't any noise.
That is the future and as such will increase accidents and fatality rates at an intersection if they don't apply 5 little words, "No Right Turn on Red" solution.
If we didn't have electric cars on the road then we would understand not enforcing this law, but since we have electric "driverless" Google cars on the road then it's time to come together on an issue.
However, that being said, is not why you are here, the answer you are looking for is how do I get out of a photo enforced ticket...
There are two ways, one is a little harder because it's hard to see the unknown, but still it would be to test the device that gave you a ticket...
You'll question the type of technology it uses and you'll question when the last time it was serviced, but if this is up to date, you'll lose by default,
The second way is to go directly into the solution and say..."I Wasn't Driving".
When you are ticketed they will send you a video of your car making the infraction and if the camera that picked you up was behind you and not in front of you you'll be able to get the case dismissed no questions asked.
If you were driving and you said you weren't will only describe the type of person you are because the swear in is different, they typically say, Do you swear to tell the truth the whole truth so help you GOD...I do, but not in Photo Enforced. All they do now is hold you at your word.
Do you swear to tell the truth...I do? ;-)
Since you have a video of what is going to be shown in court will allow you time to create an argument, instead of having to think of one on your feet.
It's kind of like a Discovery of sorts that Lawyers get that provide behind the scenes footage like, Cops statements and video if any.
The reason they dismiss the case is because they can't see your face and the court is bound to proving beyond a reasonable doubt.
If you choose the method of "I Wasn't Driving" and you were driving, you'll be telling a lie, so it's what you can live with will decide how you answer the Judges questions.
The problem with this solution is that nothing gets fixed :-( other than you getting out of the ticket and fine :-) but if you speak up your voice will be heard, a ticket will be prevented and a life will be saved...and that's a fact!
...okay, there is a third option that will maintain your integrity by using the courts rules to your advantage...
The Court has to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that you are guilty and you don't want to lie by saying "I wasn't Driving" so the solution is to have the court prove that you are guilty.
You'll be able to receive a discovery of your court case before you ever step into court that will give you all the information you'll need to build your defense.
You do not have to admit your guilt unless the court brings forth new evidence that implicates you beyond a reasonable doubt.
If you got a lawyer you'll need to be completely honest with them and admit that you were driving, but that testimony you give to your lawyer will never surface as long as the evidence can't support it.
Although, you won't need a lawyer and you won't ever need to admit anything if you just follow the golden rule of making the state carry the burden of Proving Beyond a Reasonable Doubt that you are guilty.
This way you maintain your integrity, you show the court that the system is flawed and you get your case dismissed...and that's just one more fact 4'ya ;-)

Is Linux Secure...
“Linus doesn’t take security seriously; it’s yet another concern in his mind, and he’s surrounded himself with people who share those views,” said Daniel Micay, a Toronto-based security researcher whose company, Copperhead, is developing a hardened version of the Android mobile operating system, which is based on Linux. “There are a lot of kernel developers who do really care about security, but they’re not the ones making the calls.”
http://www.washingtonpost.com/sf/business/2015/11/05/net-of-insecurity-the-kernel-of-the-argument/
In summary, Linus is convinced that security comes at a cost, and he wants to see a positive cost-benefit analysis before he will implement it...

Linux runs on most of the Internet’s servers. It also operates on medical equipment, sensitive databases and computers on many kinds of vehicles, including tiny drones and warships.

Patch Tuesday...
...if you dare...
The thing about doing your updates on Patch Tues. is that Microsoft could come out with updates all the way up to 12:00, so what most people do is leave their system on over night.
You have to make sure your sleep mode is off and what will happen is the updates will come in through the night and morning.
By Wednesday it should be saying a restart is needed, and you should then restart. In the meantime do your morning activities, bathroom, coffee then come back to it and should be waiting for you to login.
However, we don't do that, and don't recommend it, but we understand that it happens. The outcome is usually positive, but there is, has, was, be, being, been clause to consider.
Usually the failure is you've lost internet connection, or your malware program has stopped something from loading, and/or sometimes a combination of the two :-D
Microsoft could also have a problem with one of their updates that will need patching, but before then could cause computer software problems, or security problems.
In other words your system could become inoperable all because of a simple Ok/Cancel question that wasn't answered...
We usually wait a few days before updating to make sure there weren't any issues with the updates and when we have time to monitor them.
Think of doing updates like general maintenance, but better because you don't have to go anywhere.
Updates are easy to do, plus you don't have to go anywhere and they only take a few minutes if you keep up with them.
Updates Pending...
1 Cumulative
14 security updates
5 Updates for Windows
1 Windows Malicious Software Tool
Optional
1 Update for windows
We did them in that order as well, first the 14 Security Updates then, 5 Updates for Windows, 1 Cumulative, 1 Windows Malicious...scanned and rebooted to make sure there weren't any more important updates then I did the 1 Update for Windows under Optional.
Had a MSE update and a NVIDIA driver update. Did the MSE update through windows, but did the NVIDIA driver update using the GeForce Experience.

Sometimes you finish...
Sometimes you don't, but unless you try, you'll never know the outcome of both...and that's a fact!
"The Verse Unsung"
I knew it from the start,
and I knew that I should go,
but there was something in your eyes,
an all familiar glow...that I know...
and I knew that I should go,
but there was something in your eyes,
an all familiar glow...that I know...
Selfish hearts will compromise,
to steal time just to make it paralyze,
like the tracks left in the snow,
frozen over by the cold...
to steal time just to make it paralyze,
like the tracks left in the snow,
frozen over by the cold...
Ohh Should I stay or should I go,
I'm in no hurry Baby, yeah, and I'll take it slow,
I know we both felt this way before
So stop me at that painful infraction...
I'm in no hurry Baby, yeah, and I'll take it slow,
I know we both felt this way before
So stop me at that painful infraction...
It was your blue eyes and the step in your sway
that stopped my heart and took uhhhh breath from me
and like an Angel your voice overcame
then lifted me up, and carried me away...
that stopped my heart and took uhhhh breath from me
and like an Angel your voice overcame
then lifted me up, and carried me away...
Cupids Arrow flows through the trees,
Like a silent whisper of an Autumn breeze...
but when the blue falls from the skies,
and if love is blind tell me how it sees...
Like a silent whisper of an Autumn breeze...
but when the blue falls from the skies,
and if love is blind tell me how it sees...
If the sun goes up it's gotta go down
just like a smile can turn into a frown
but like a memory those days will live on
within a picture a poem or a song...
just like a smile can turn into a frown
but like a memory those days will live on
within a picture a poem or a song...
Now I'm crossing my heart, and I won't tell a lie,
Our love was strong, that I cannot deny,
and just because the lovin' ends
doesn't mean we still can't be friends...
Our love was strong, that I cannot deny,

I'm not lost now, I don't need no direction
It's south out of town, gotta make that connection
It's better to have loved is what they will say,
if not forever just for that day...

It's better to have loved is what they will say,

We've said our hellos now we've said our goodbyes,
We had it all, but now it's time to divide
we were just two leaves floating free
When love found you and you found me...

Here's an Idea...
An LED lit marquee that you would mount in your back window.
It's light enough and thin enough that you can use suction cups type window mounts that would hold a scrolling marquee in your back window.
It would be wireless or Bluetooth and would connect to your mobile device with an app that allows you to call it up with your voice by name that would issue commands you have programmed.
Like, Have a Nice Day :-) or Get Off my ASS! to Game Day! that has a rolling message about your team with stars and balloons or fireworks like digital image. ex. TOUCHDOWN!!! ;-)
In reference to Get Off my ASS! we see a Kinect like eye that can judge the distance of the car behind you to let them know if they are too close to your car.
It could have the feet left to stop or it could even count the car lengths at highway speed that would let people know when they are at a safe traveling distance.
If you travel within the safe limits the readout would thank you and then disappear. It would only reappear if you come to close or you activate it.
The Sporting Banner is what we see cheering on your Team GO TEAM GO TEAM like marquee running across that other people can see.
You could even like the banner if the other car had the same app installed that would send a token of appreciation to the driver. It could also go directly to your online profile like Facebook to share with others.
We see it being fun, flirtatious, angry really anything, maybe even prosperous...it could be a fact!
We actually see it becoming integrated into the back window itself. It's not any different than what they have now with the Dash Board Gauges in the Windshield...

Here's an Idea...
We've seen an opening in the market for a new Venture, other than marijuana.
Home Schooling.
What we see is a Home Schooling Cloud Based program that would track and monitor your child from birth to see and help shape the interests a child has.
We see an algorithm being written that can help bring out in an earlier age the career path your child could have using Software written by PHD's and Endorsed by the Educational System.
Currently we only see it going to 5th grade for now, but could be designed to improve, increase the learning capability from birth to graduation by age 12-18 ;-)
There will still be that demographic, so it's not a competition, it's all about time management with education.
It's the beginning teaching of Life's struggles to manage a mortgage/rent/transportation expense etc..
sidenote: We don't believe that Charter style schools that have all grades inclusive don't work as well as birth to 5th, then 6 to 12th is what we think works best.
It also allows that one to one connection that teachers complain they don't have enough of now because the classes are too big or they have a communication/language barrier.
With the home schooling software you wouldn't have those problems.
Now it's very easy to create something like this because it has and is going on now, but not to its full potential because of one thing...social interaction...
This is where VR comes into play, hint hint, and you'll create a virtual play ground effect that all the kids will be in at Recess time, but this time the game will not only provide activity for the children, it will also keep them thinking.
You could be all Tron to Kick ball with it, the possibilities are endless, and everyone are themselves, no caricature.
Now you have your children safe at home learning, doing chores, allowing playtime learning and playing with life the way it was meant to be.
sidenote: The software is your security system as well, because the child has to check in at certain times with facial confirmations. So it's also your babysitter as well, but grandmas work well too ;-)
With the cloud people are able to telecommute more, and some people don't need to work if the spouse is working.
sidenote: Think of all the transportation expenses that would be saved by home schooling. Personal and the Schools expense HUGE SAVINGS!
Babysitting will take on a new name, and will work like a Molly Maid service where a person comes out and watches your child all the while keeping their education going.
As for the money for the school would come from the parents as well as donations and government subsidies.
The parents role is to invest in their child by creating a trust account that will be used for their college, or not, maybe they don't want to go to college.
The money could be used to help them get out on their own and land a job or travel until they feel ready to settle down.
You can't put a limit on education, so you must allow the child to explore to their hearts content or the money runs out.
Home schooling would be either the new way of Private Education, or Public Education or combined into one to save some damn money!
There would still be educators because these are the people that will help mold the software into shape, but yes, the job will require the best of the best by using the least of the most teachers that are out there ;-)
The child will be required to return what the parents put into their trust fund by either paying them back in full right away, over time, or setup in a retirement account when they reach that age.
Having the child more involved in the day to day activities will show them the value in what it takes to raise a child and what it takes just to live.
The reason why Millennial's don't honor tradition is because they weren't shown respect...and that's a fact!
cannedrebuttal: Music and Art can also be done through the App and the VR can bring all the students together in an Internet Ready room that parents can connect to from any device and watch the recital Live and Online, or look at their Artwork, all from the comfort of your home. What about sports...Sports...sports are too expensive for a school because they try to accommodate everyone, but we all know that Football always gets the money. You need to remove sports out of Schools altogether and start more pee-wee leagues that parents can donate too and is open to everyone, not just students and parents. Public sporting venues already support these types of events and host all ages and all leagues.

It Still Doesn't Work...
Snapchat said they had a program that took pictures and deleted themselves as soon as they were downloaded, sounds simple enough, but it didn't...
They were offered 3 billion dollars from Facebook, and other companies like Google bidded billions of dollars for this program that didn't work.
They didn't sell to them and continued at the pace they set and kept the company private...for now...
Well, they are back in the news, because apparently the program still doesn't work...
Popular messaging app Snapchat has updated its terms and conditions and now claims the right to reproduce, modify and republish any of your content...

For those of you that held onto your stock when it came out good for you, but for those of you that bought at 18 are much happier :-D
Nice Job Facebook...and that's a fact!

A Message for Joe Kennedy...
You'd save the taxpayers a lot of money if you Christians would just read your damn manual, and would know that Mathew, Mark, Luke, John and Jesus already had this conversation and solved this question...
Matthew 6:6
But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.
They do have these things called, ummm, let's see, what are the name of those things...forgive us, but they're like Dairy Kings, you just don't see 'em anymore...oh yeah, Churches!
"Oh, but I'm doing it for the kids"
...no your not!
Bremerton coach stole the spotlight from high school seniors...(actually it was the "assistant" to the coach)...
http://mynorthwest.com/76/2836677/Bremerton-coach-stole-the-spotlight-from-high-school-seniors
...and yes, Bremerton won that night, in case you wondering.

ASUS Eee PC Recovery Partition...
Very Simple, just boot to your Acronis Boot disk by pressing F2 and changing the boot order to boot from DVD.
Once the disk is changed, restart and Acronis will start up automatically, providing you have the CD in the player ;-) and will then enable the ASUS Recovery Wizard.
Now remove the Acronis Boot Disk and Press Recovery on the ASUS screen. It will tell you that you are about to destroy everything on the drive, are you sure...yes and it goes right into the reinstall.
From boot to desktop...15 minutes...now the updates...:-P

Satya Nadella is a Shirtail...
...and nothing more.
Analyst Daniel Ives mentioned that the “three major fundamental and strategic changes” made by Nadella...STOP!
1. Closing Out Nokia. This wasn't Nadella's idea, it was the idea from the Beginning...
answer: As for the recent layoffs was the plan from the beginning. MS never intended to keep Nokia mobile and to prove this, if you remember Stephen Elop the "CEO" of Nokia Mobility was looking for a Job the minute the Venture started, remember...he applied for the CEO position.
2. In addition, Microsoft has undertaken significant headcount reductions in order to grow free cash flow and margins...
answer: This was inevitable, considering that as soon as they achieved the Windows 10 design that was in process long before Nadella came into CEO. However, most of the cuts came from Nokia.
3. Windows 10 unveiling.
answer: This is equivalent to someone standing in for you at the closing of the sale. In other words, the deal was done, all you're there for is to bring the champagne.
Steve Ballmer put all what you see into place long before Satya Nadella was even a consideration for CEO.
The Cloud was set into motion long before Satya Nadella was even a consideration for CEO.
If Windows 10 would have finished on time Ballmer would be the Hero and he is, and to accept the award for Ballmer is Satya Nadella...and that's a fact!
sidenote: Give credit where credit is due, Satya Nadella's cloud division rose 8%...woohoo, that should be 50% if not 100% considering that systems are almost completely cloud based. Don't toot your horn too fast Satya because you got work to do...
•Office consumer revenue declined 13%
•Office commercial revenue declined 2%
•Windows OEM revenue (sales to Lenovo, HP, etc.) declined 6%
•Surface sales declined 26%
•Mobile phone sales declined 54%
•Despite announcing 18,000 layoffs previously, another 1,000 new layoffs were also announced

Best Windows 10 Laptop Deal...
They're still pushing 8.1 laptops trying to clear out their inventory before they sell new systems. Plus they are selling them at 2010 prices, don't like that :-(
It would be nice to have WQHD display (2560 x 1440, 220ppi), but you're going to pay about 100 dollars or more for it. Otherwise the norm is HD (1366 x 768).
We like this one the best out of all models Dell, ASUS, Microsoft...
ACER http://us.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/model/NX.MP4AA.020
They all come with Limited Warranty, so that means if you break it physically you'll have to pay out of pocket. Hardware failure good for one year, 90 days of technical support. .
These systems that they are selling are systems made to work with Windows 10, but the Surface and New Systems with the Intel Skylake Processor and the like will be built for Windows 10. BIG DIFFERENCE.
As you know, prices will always go down the longer you wait for a system, but at this juncture you're trading "True Mobility" from Bow to Stern, for a dinghy with a Mercury 400 ;-) but you have to buy at some point :-/
The above Acer is an example of that, but a nice system with a 13.3 Touch Screen, 4gb ram, 500 gb hard drive.
The New systems will be with 64-128gb Solid State drives and more focused on Cloud Data Saving.
Malware Software suggestion is Malwarebytes for best protection at the best value, this could change...
sidenote: It's hard to get away from the keyboard sliding on surface design without going with a detachable. You should see more blue tooth or wireless detachable designs next year, with a location device to find the keyboard or the tablet ;-)
**UPDATE**
The Surface Book came out BIG with 8-16gb or RAM and 128gb-1TB local Storage, uses Intel instead of Qualcomm thankfully, but still not next generation which will be fanless/noiseless very important. Pricey little thing starting at 1499-3199 that's thousands. Considering a lot of that cost is the CPU's do we even dare ask what the cost of the "Next Generation" of CPU's will be :-S

Best Security...
Pending New Results...We support DW, MSE and MBAM.
We've had our fits with MBAM (Malwarebytes Antimalware) in the past, but they have come on pretty strong this year.
We also support DW (Defensewall) we have been working on an issue for quite some time with a dllhost error that causes a 50% CPU Increase.
We are currently on the next update just received today from Softshpere's DW team...
We also use MSE (Microsoft Security Essentials) is Free from Microsoft and is lowest on the Antivirus tree, and lowest isn't a good thing, but we don't care...
We have used a lot of Malware Programs, we have also seen the aftermath of a lot of Malware Programs and we have read about a lot of Malware Programs and what we have seen is one thing in common...enduser.
The "Enduser" is the common denominator here and yes one software may be better than another, won't matter, because they're all fallible.
Software is designed by People and people aren't perfect just like the enduser is not perfect which leaves an imperfect solution.
There are tweaks that you can do to your browsers like setting your add-ons, your operating system like shutting off Windows Media Player Network Sharing Service and many others.
Passwords are important and NO, creating a poetic alpha only password is not the best password.
The best Passwords are 12 or more characters long using Alpha, Numeric (A1) Upper and lower case (Aa) with Symbols (!@#).
Periods can be used as a password, the spacebar could be used in your password, but not all sites support this which is frustrating.
It's also scary that online services don't allow for special characters which would leave one thinking that you are the weakest link...
A malware program comes down to what the Person/Company can afford and what they are willing to support.
Operating Systems and Software for Operating Systems need to be more concerned about tightening up their security rather than bells and whistles.
ex. http://www.scmagazine.com/backdoor-in-ms-outlook-webmail-raises-security-doubts/article/443415/
Security has also been defined as "Rule of Thumb" and if what you have is working and it ain't broke, we suggest you don't fix it, unless of course it's...NORTON :-O=
sidenote: If you decide to uninstall your Flash you'll need to do one more thing to get rid of the nagware...
Open Control Panel and in search type Group Policy and a tab will appear that says, "Edit Group Policy"
You should now see a new window, now navigate to Computer Configuration-Administrative Templates-Windows Components-Internet Explorer-Security Features-Add-on Management.
On the right look for Turn off Adobe Flash in Internet Explorer and Prevent Applications blah blah blah...
Double Click it, set to enabled from "not configured" and close group policy. Restart.
Now the system will will know not to bother you to install Adobe Flash for All Users.

Internet Explorer 11 will still be installed with your Windows 10 OS, but you can uninstall it accidentally. It's not a big deal if you do, but if you feel you need to replace it there are three ways to do it that we can see.
1. Is to format and start all over again (Remove Everything or Restore Factory Settings), not a good idea unless you have other problems with your system. This will remove all your programs and data.
2. You can do a reset this PC from setting update and security recover, but we don't recommend that way either because you'll lose all your programs.
3. Is the best way to bring it back if you accidentally uninstall it: Just type "Features" into your search bar->Select "Turn Windows Features on or Off"->You'll see Internet Explorer 11 in the list now put a check mark in it and say ok, now follow the prompts...

5hVnz Song of the Month...
Duran Duran - The Edge Of America/Lake Shore Driving...
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eCDnoNyVvYA
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eCDnoNyVvYA
Lyrics
Walk the edge of America
Concrete beach to scrape my hand
Inside the subway stinking fear and shame
Becomes the violent breath.
Vigilantes out on dawn patrol
But now there's nothing left to hide
I'm just a number on the metal fence
Which marks the great divide.
Concrete beach to scrape my hand
Inside the subway stinking fear and shame
Becomes the violent breath.
Vigilantes out on dawn patrol
But now there's nothing left to hide
I'm just a number on the metal fence
Which marks the great divide.
Sing it
Hey boy, give your dreams a rest
If you're tired of searching this is where it ends
There's nothing left to lose
Nothing to protest
Learn to love your anger now
Anger here is all you possess.
Welcome to the edge.
Hey boy, give your dreams a rest
If you're tired of searching this is where it ends
There's nothing left to lose
Nothing to protest
Learn to love your anger now
Anger here is all you possess.
Welcome to the edge.
Below the towers of the citadel
Seems someone overlooked the cost.
Forgotten soldier of Paradise
Now Paradise is lost.
Recognition never realized
Salvation lost among the crowd
So tell me here beside the sterile sea
Where is your nation now?
Seems someone overlooked the cost.
Forgotten soldier of Paradise
Now Paradise is lost.
Recognition never realized
Salvation lost among the crowd
So tell me here beside the sterile sea
Where is your nation now?
And we say
Hey boy, give your dreams a rest
If you're tired of searching this is where it ends
There's nothing left to lose
Nothing to protest
Learn to love your anger now
Anger here is all you possess.
Welcome to the edge.
Hey boy, give your dreams a rest
If you're tired of searching this is where it ends
There's nothing left to lose
Nothing to protest
Learn to love your anger now
Anger here is all you possess.
Welcome to the edge.

A Message to Kim Davis...
If you haven't heard, Kim Davis is a woman in Kentucky that is refusing a Supreme Court ruling of allowing Gays to marry.
She is refusing to hand out licenses for the LGBPTTQQIIAA+ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Pansexual, Transgender, Transsexual, Queer, Questioning, Intersex, Intergender, Asexual, Ally)
We love the questioning portion of this list which allows someone that isn't quite sure of their sexual nature to explore.
That means that a boy can just walk into a girls locker room and claim that they were just unsure about their sexuality and felt that they needed to know for sure so they walked into the girls shower to discover themselves.
Now of course no one can say anything because if they do the politically correct millennial vigilantes will cry foul and sue the state for millions on sexual discrimination.
We think LGBPTTQQIIAA+ is a completely disgusting group of individuals and think it's full of diseases and confusion and we actually feel sorry for them, but Kim it doesn't matter what we think because more than likely they think the same about us.
Think of it like this Kim, if aliens were to land on Earth and they looked at us they would think we were ugly, just like we would think they were ugly, but that's only because we haven't found an association that links us to them to lift our prejudice.
Now let's look at where you are right now and try to help you find an association with the friends you have that are gay and the gay friends that you have that want to be married to one another.
You're very confused because your job says that you need to perform the duties you swore to do, but your belief has also told you to perform your faith as you have sworn to do as well...
This is the paradox that Kim Davis lives in and it doesn't matter if you can understand her or not, just like it's not our place to try to understand why a person is gay and why a person is straight, it's what they say, it is what it is.
So Kim, there is a solution already in place for any situation that people are put in for this life we all share and it's quite simple really and it's right there in your bible as well.
"John 1-8 but if we walk in the Light as He Himself is in the Light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus His Son cleanses us from all sin. 8 If we say that we have no sin, we are deceiving ourselves and the truth is not in us. 9 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."
We're reminded of a Story: A Priest and a Prostitute live across the street from one another. Every morning the priest walks out his door and notices the prostitute just coming home. The priest curses her for her life style choice and sees nothing but disgust for her. The prostitute on the other hand looks at the Priest and praises him for the good that he does and wishes that her life could be different and is scared for her daughter and hopes that she doesn't have to grow up and do the same thing as she does. Well it just so happens that both of these people die on the same day and as they stand before St. Peter to be judged the prostitute is allowed to enter heaven and the priest is not. The priest is appalled at this decision and demands a reason to why a prostitute can be allowed into heaven and not a man of the Cloth. St. Peter answers very simply, it's because you were a man of GOD and as such should have shown forgiveness for this woman and showed a caring nature instead of damnation.
In life and in death you are going to be asked only "TWO" questions, do you love or do you hate and your answer will either ascend you or descend you.
The answer to this question may not be easy for you Mrs. Davis and you should more than likely take some time off of work to think about your answer, because work will only distract your thoughts.
However, in the meantime while you take money for a job that you are performing is the act of a hypocrite and the anger is not so much you denying the license as much as you getting paid for something you were "elected" by the 'people' to do...and that's a fact!

How to Cure the Homeless Problem...
We find it interesting when a Governor/Mayor says in their campaign that they are going to clean up the city and if you have noticed the cities are more disgusting than they have ever been in the history of America.
This is due to the Encampments they are allowing to be setup along the highways, business centers, peoples neighborhoods.
LA has just announced a campaign to raise 100 million dollars to clean up the homeless problem and when asked where they were going to get the money they said, budget analysts would find it "somehow, someway."
Yeah, it's called raising taxes for the "HARD WORKING" Americans and giving to the people that refuse to get a job.
We love this statement, "They can spend billions on getting the Olympics," she said. "But not on getting people off the sidewalks."
Why do they spend billions on the Olympics and not the homeless Alice Callaghan...because of 3 letters, R.O.I. "Return on Investment"
Their is no return on an investment with people that refuse to better themselves by lifting themselves out of poverty and cleaning up.
What really pisses people off is that they refuse to raise the minimum wage, but will go all willy nilly and make people pay higher taxes.
By the way, people talk about the Middle Class being pushed out, but this is not true, the middle class has been pushed UP!
The middle class used to fall between the 100's somewhere, like 50,000 or 40,000, but that's not the case anymore when a 28 year old named Mark Zuckerberg shocked the World by putting up a Billion dollar IPO.
The NEW MIDDLE CLASS falls between 100,000 and a Million, then the rich go over a million, then the super rich, the uber rich and so on and so forth.
The middle class of yesterday are now considered the poor.
Hillary Clinton wants to bring in more homeless people from Syria to a nation that can't house the homeless they have now.
Then Hillary goes on to say that they are Doctors, Engineers, but that doesn't matter Hillary and why...because their degree isn't accredited in the US.
So now we've got a bunch of 40 something's that need to go back to college in order to work in their field, but what happens when they graduate and go looking for a Job...they are told they are too old, overqualified and overeducated.
Now they have a school debt that they have to pay, but will never be able to pay it because they'll end up working at a minimum wage job all the while adding to the National/World debt.
Politicians only campaign to the bleeding heart club to gain votes, but then reality sets in and what follows...excuses excuses and more excuses...
If companies would stop testing for Marijuana the homeless problem would be cut in half, then the money used can go to the serious problems that plague the non-hirable.
Take Governor Inslee for example of Seattle, instead of funding for the Fire Ready Crews he instead gave money to a public hipster radio station. He said he didn't have the budget for the prevention of fires.
They begged Inslee for money for the prevention of fires and Inslee refused them resulting in them not being prepared that claimed the lives of 3 firefighters and injuring another and not to mention the largest fire in Washington's history.
A F*^#@ING RADIO STATION...You're a complete failure and should leave office due to incompetence!
There are vacant lands that could be farmed and housing could be built and the fruit from their labors would return an investment that pays for itself all the while teaching them a trade and giving them self worth of making/watching something grow.
All the land that had been burnt and the houses that have been burned down need to be cleaned up and rebuilt, and these homeless people could begin the cleanup and development working with Insurance companies.
These companies can be setup up as non-profit organizations that fund the workers, feed the workers, house the workers.
Spending money on the problem will only create more problems, it's time to GET THEM OFF THEIR ASS AND BACK TO WORK...and that's a fact!
Human Feces, Drug paraphernalia, needles, broken glass, baby diapers, food waste just left to be looked at by people walking on the path, real nice GOV!

The Second Republican Debate...
It's like watching High School kids on the playground discussing who's gonna be the next Prom King and Queen.
They made no sense what so-ever and they provided no solutions, just insults and apologies.
Plus, to drive this point home EVERY SINGLE CANDIDATE answered the question of who should be put on the ten dollar bill wrong. Even Miss America answered it wrong and shows you that they don't listen to the people, they only hear what's in their mind.
If they listened to the People they wouldn't have answered who should be on the 10 dollar bill and instead would have told them what woman should be on the twenty dollar bill.
Truly pathetic that this is the best we got to run this country, a lying democrat and bunch of school kids playing on the playground.
We truly believe if the Caboose Kim Kardashian ran for President slinging two kids on her arms, mouseketeer voice sounding and all of her shoe size IQ could win the presidency hands down.
sidenote: Who will be her VP? That's simple, the Nanny of course :-P
The Kardashians and Chris Christie are what is wrong with America and sadly enough are the best representatives of what America is now a days, overweight, out of touch, self absorbed, traffic jamming entitled pissants.
sidenote: ...and Kaitlyn Marie William Bruce Jenner will be our Secretary of State ;-)
Like we said, the best days are behind us...and that's a fact!

Pro-Choice or Pro-Life...
We have found a way to finally put this argument to rest and not only that, both parties will be satisfied with the solution...
We struggled with this for a long time, for a few reasons, one was a friend of ours that had to have an abortion, the other was King David and finally the 6th commandment; Thou Shalt not kill.
First let's address Commandment 6; first of all, it's "Thou Shalt Not Kill" NOT, thou shalt not murder.
It's not prudent to change the original writings:
- Revelation 22:18-19 says; 18 For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: 19 And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.
Which takes us into King David...
King David was by far GOD's favorite human and fulfilled all the requirements that GOD set forth before him, (not Jesus) but David lacked Love in his heart and was why Solomon was needed to fulfill the Destiny, but Solomon failed miserably and all existence of him was wiped out.
However, David killed many many people which confused us for a long time due to the 6th commandment, thou shalt not kill.
This was the hardest struggle for the longest time with us, because this just didn't make any sense.
The next issue is the accidental pregnancy, which takes us to our friend.
We'll get into just one example of "accidental" reasons for this particular example:
Our friend was on a medication that warned her not to have children due to complications that could occur with the birth.
She didn't have any intention to have a child with the person and didn't want him with her while she had the abortion done because as far as she was concerned it wasn't his decision, so I was chosen to drive her for the procedure.
At the time I totally understood why she needed to have the procedure done and didn't question her, but now I see that this could have been avoided.
Which takes us into the Pro-Choice solution...
We used only one example, but there are all sorts of accidents that could happen and just confuses the issue due to the "Please Understand My Feelings" condition.
When Emotions are involved is where people confuse the issue and get off topic and solutions for prevention turn into solutions for preparation instead.
Nobody wants to be told that they were an accident, and when the child asks where their father is, or were you prepared, will be the time you choose to lie to that child or tell them the truth.
"Chance Favors the Prepared Mind" and if you used precautionary measures to prevent an accidental pregnancy in any situation is your Pro-Choice.
However, if you do not prepare for the accident and you become pregnant you're only choice will be Pro-Life, regardless of the circumstances.
The way we came to this resolution is with the recent situation with Planned Parenthood of looking and showing people a beating heart of a baby just before the crushing of the babies skulls.
There are way too many people in this World and something has to be done and if it takes a law because people don't have the ability to plan then a law is what it will take.
If a Law was put into place that people couldn't perform abortions the accidental pregnancy numbers will decrease.
Now the next argument:
If abortion become illegal a risk of mothers performing their own abortions is the scare and takes the Pro-Choice/Pro-Life argument back to square one.
The reason why, is because if an accident happens a fear grows within the mother that if they tell their parents or if they tell the lover they might react with anger and abuse which has been the history for these situations.
You parents need to quit being embarrassed about the birds and the bees talk with your kids and develop a dialogue through educational practices that will help you discuss the preventative measures that have been in place for decades and that you won't be angry with them EVER and will be supportive because accidents do happen and it would be better to have two people you love rather than losing the one that you love due to them trying to perform the abortion themselves.
Education is the key and is not a School's responsibility, it's a private matter between the parents and their children and it should start at a young age and should be practiced and refreshed at all the ages that children's sexual response become curious.
Ages like 12 years old, 16 years old, 18 years old and into their 20's, but by that time the child will be able to continue their education with their Planned Parenthood Counselor and their significant other.
So, to be clear, you have a choice it's called being prepared for whatever situation that can happen, and life must be breathed into your child because you don't know if you'll ever have another opportunity to do the right thing again...and that's a fact!
**UPDATE**
Scott Walker said he would defund Planned Parenthood. You can't defund Planned Parenthood you idiot, it's a part of the Health Care options for expecting parents.
As for how many kids you can have is irrelevant, but the Government should only allow two dependents.
It's not the responsibility of others to pay for your kids, if you can't afford them you can't have them. It's called living within a budget, not a deficit.
What's that? The Ultimate Sacrifice? What if a Woman was dying would you deny the abortion?
In death there is life and many religions speak of the different ways this is done, but the Buddhists say it the best in our opinion:
There is no word corresponding exactly to the English terms "rebirth", "metempsychosis", "transmigration" or "reincarnation" in the traditional Buddhist languages of Pāli and Sanskrit: the entire process of change from one life to the next is called "becoming again"(Sanskrit: punarbhava, Pali: punabbhava), or more briefly "becoming" (Pali/Sanskrit: bhava), while the state one is born into, the individual process of being born or coming into the world in any way, is referred to simply as "birth"
The greatest gift we were given was the ability of the extension of life and with that, death cannot exist ...and that's another fact!
**UPDATE**
The Final Argument...Conception by Rape...
When all else fails use the Rape Clause to close any further discussion on whether or not Abortion should be legal...
Again, you're using emotion to dictate logic, and doing so confuses the issue which results in clouded judgment and failed conclusions...
When a person is Raped, there are possibly "Physical" scars and most definitely, "Emotional" scars that could/will last with the person for the rest of their life, but what you're saying by aborting labor is that it's the child's fault...
Thou Shalt Not Kill is an incomplete sentence that reads, Thou Shalt Not Kill those, that cannot defend themselves...
The Death of Innocence is a Cardinal Sin "Proverbs 6:17 – Hands that Shed Innocent Blood"
The Emotional and Physical Scars are torture enough for a person without bearing the guilt of what could have been and what you have done to prevent it...
Your choice of aborting labor is misdirected anger that you have against the person that perpetrated such a vial act upon you, not the child's...
Your vengeance is with the Perpetrator to see that justice is served upon that person to ensure they never commit an act like that again on you or anyone else...
If you use basic logic you'll know that Good Follows Bad and that something good could happen out of this, so why add insult to injury by not only living with the pain this person has done to you but also what you have done to yourself, an act that you can prevent...
You aren't at fault, and there is no guilt upon you for the horrific act someone did to you, so don't add shame to the struggles you are already facing...
You can't see the future and you don't know what lies ahead for this child, and there are plenty of agencies already in place to help you with this decision when that times comes, so you have nothing to fear but fear itself...and that's the last fact!
We struggled with this for a long time, for a few reasons, one was a friend of ours that had to have an abortion, the other was King David and finally the 6th commandment; Thou Shalt not kill.
