Daytona 500

NASCAR has become the Hockey event of Auto Racing. Which driver will throw the first punch, which driver will shove the first car into the wall?

Danica, the seats in butts campaign, will either cause a wreck or stay in the 20 position, in other words, move along move along, nothing to see hear.

We've said it before and we'll say it again, NASCAR needs more than just one woman driver to make a difference, otherwise it'll never happen for the ol' gal.

-- Actor Vince Vaughn will give the command for drivers to start their engines at 1:19 p.m. ET. After a few pace laps, drivers will take the green flag at 1:31 p.m. --

-- Regan Smith is replacing Kurt Busch -- suspended by NASCAR on Friday --

-- Matt Crafton is replacing Kyle Busch -- who broke his right leg and left foot in an Xfinity Series crash Saturday night.

-- Dale Earnhardt Jr. is going for back-to-back Daytona 500s. If he accomplished the feat, he'd be the first driver since Sterling Marlin in 1994-95 --

-- The weather forecast is expected to be spectacular for Sunday's race: 75 degrees and sunny --
