Our McDonalds Experience

Well just like we said, we would go into a McDonalds to try those, Fluffy Biscuits.

sidenote: In case you forgot, we did this because they raised the Minimum Wage to 15.00 an hour without any support from their State of ND and SD. They just did it because they know their employees earn it!

Biscuits...Not that fluffy, and the sandwich is a lot smaller then we remember.

sidenote: Americans are not fat from eating basically finger food size portions. Nononono, they are fat because of something else, but definitely not McDonalds.

We thought that these fast food places had a 1.00 menu, so we were a bit surprised to see our bill for 5 dollars and change. What's up with that?

As a positive, the people were really polite, a lot more polite than a lot of Up-Scale restaurants we have been to.

That was pleasant, and the people that were in McDonalds were really happy, which is a strange environment for today's world, considering it's usually the opposite.

However, we almost tossed our sandwich after seeing their bathroom. It was still breakfast so it was still early which meant that not a lot of people had been there.

In the morning people use Drive Thru, it's Lunch where they go in to dine ;-)

So, we were pretty disgusted by that, but we did what we said we were going to do and go in and taste the Fluffy Biscuit and we did.

We won't be going back ever again, because that's not real food Folks, that's Microwave food.

We don't even own a Microwave, so it was a whole thing for us to swallow Pink Slime and a Semi-Fluffy Sausage McBiscuit.

Pink Slime, is just one reason we don't eat there, but we haven't eaten there for a long long time, like back when the Mad Cow disease in Europe long ago.

sidenote: We have now had 3 items from McD's since Mad Cow, Cheeseburger in 2005, then a Quarter Pounder With Cheese in 2013 and the McBiscuit today.

The cheeseburger and the QPC were both peer pressure items. Friends insisted that it's even BETTER now, they don't read the news :-( but we entertained them. Cheeseburger was horrible and the QPC was horrible.

Whatever got us to eat that crap for so long is beyond me. I am just thankful that I had the opportunity to eat "REAL FOOD" for once and thought it was good, so I just kept on eating it!

We haven't missed anything and believe me, Biscuits can taste a HELL of a lot better than that...and that's a fact!

BTW McDonalds you deserve one of these to, but which one...I GOT IT!
