Keep in mind that you just upgraded to a new OS and changes are going to be made quite frequently for awhile.
End Users are famous at undoing everything you've done when they can't find their shortcut so they Restore The Computer to an earlier time :-(
Make sure you are purging your System Restores and creating a new one every time you make changes to your Operating System, or loading a Program/App...
