If you are having a problem with Windows Defender asking you to scan your computer every day or more often that that, the problem may be coming from CCleaner from Piriform...
Open CCleaner - Choose the Applications Tab on the right - Scroll Down to Utilities - Now Uncheck "Windows Defender" run scan and see if problem persists...
If this doesn't fix it, ask yourself if you have installed another Antivirus "Free Trial" from Norton Or McAfee aka McRashy...
If so, go to Uninstall a Program under Control Panel - Programs - Uninstall a Program and remove them...
If the problem Persists there might be remnants of the program still installed in Registry, if so, try these removal tools:
