There you Go Seattle...

and Washington State ;-)

You might as well Root for the Thunder, because they're your Sonics...and that's a fact!

REQUIEM FOR A TEAM

sidenote: Didn't ASUS Al, just get fixed up by a Doctor in OK...Coincidence, I think not.

Meanwhile, we see Salmon and Cream Cheese in the Seattle Omelet...of course, Garlic and "maybe" onions ;-) jalapenos of course, but which kind, man, it's a whole thing ;-)

**WILD SALMON ONLY**

Jalapenos are optional and it will be up to the restaurant to decide what kind of pepper to use :-)

Anyway, you're a "Tech State" so save Tech, "Omelette Style"...and that's a fact!

...say that 3 x's fast!

**UPDATE** Spinach, Tomatoes, and think about substituting Cream Cheese with Feta...we also see Apples, Rainier and Bing Cherries...you know, Microsoft Bing...BING!

"Diversity, it's in all of us"

The idea of this Omelet is to have both an inside and outside, a breakfast and a lunch or a brunch and a dessert or a dinner with breakfast. So we heard of another cheese...Washington State Cougar Gold Cheese (smoked? for the inside...
http://creamery.wsu.edu/

and Cream Cheese and/or Feta on the outside with the fruit, but with some kind of drizzled sauce to go over the apples and the cherries and a little dripped off on the corner of the plate somewhere to compliment the sweet.

sidenote: Seedless Cherries, I think the process is called...grafting?

Think of this...roasted sweetened garlic cloves as a part of the sauce for the outside, or roasted garlic unsweetened for the inside...but one or the other for sure. Garlic hastuh *snap*

Avocados are more of a California thing, stick your roots and concentrate on how you'll prepare the salmon ;-)

No mushrooms, unless of course you removed the salmon and replaced it with a Portobello, but that's not really what your about. Salmon is what you are about without a doubt ;-)

The Portobello route on the Omelet and Vegan/Vegetarian style dish would be a hard sell, because alot of people like meat, whether fish or cow, but in a pinch, Salmon is most accepted.

sidenote: You'll never guess in a million years what the Garnish is going to be ;-) or maybe you will, but only the smart one's...and that's a fact!
